Refrigerator had leftover food from last guest. That's all breakfast was ample.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Food and shopping close by.

Very good. Was pleased to see employees wearing masks. Bathroom could be updated with towel racks and paint.

Had a good experience while I stayed.

Overall, this hotel provided an excellent service especially people from the front desk who allowed us to do a 3hour early check in. Unlimited coffee with some cookies on the reception area. Due to COVID the pool was closed so that was understandable. Housekeeping has been really seen cleaning up everywhere and they are smiling on the guests. We were not able to avail the free breakfast in the morning. Their welcome note in the room says weekend breakfast lasts until 10:30AM, it was saturday and we went down at past 9AM and dining area is already closed. Again, the guy from the desk was kind enough to let us check the counters and fridge for some food. Had some muffins, cereals and coffee for breakfast so I could not comment on how really their food for breakfast fairs. I just hope they would also put a note in the room of their COVID changes. I also put in a request when I did my booking about a crib fpr the baby, but the crib was not prepared although I brought one just to make sure. This kind of service should have been noted since it was already noted on the booking. Generally, this hotel is clean enough, provide a giod servuce from the staff, location is somewhat far from a general shops but it provides a quiet place to stay in.

There was nothing I liked i had to change my remote twice still didnt work the room wall had water damage and the bathroom wall was messed up the one hot tub was absoutly discusing and didnot work and breaskfast was a joke dont waste your money here

Very comfortable, quiet and clean hotel. I was disappointed that the employee checking me in was not wearing a mask.

There was no cable when we showed up. Try to order room service I waited for a hour and 49 minutes still no food. The staff wasn’t very nice. The shower didn’t drain and there was nobody ever at the front desk. I wasn’t aware of a 200 dollars deposit and he said as soon as we checked out we would get it back and still no deposit

Bed was hard as a rock, there was a gap in the bottom of the door that let light in the room all night and bathroom door would not stay open so had to hold it open with luggage to get my kids ready for bed.
