Very modern, like it! Didn’t use rooftop pool because it’s too cold, but should be fun in summer

The hotel was well located and rooms small but nice. The problem however was the 28 degrees in temperature in the room and nothing could be changed on the thermostat. Complained and all they did was turn off the air con system which still just made the room Stifling hot. When checking out I complained and was told you can have the room hot or cold!!! It was uncomfortable throughout the stay due to the room temperature - shame really

The location is good, walking distance to major attractions. The staff at the front desk is very helpful when my wife got sick. We will definitely go there again if we visit Seville next time.

Very clean and great location. Walkable distance to most of the attractions. The unit is exactly same as the pictures very modern.

Great Hotel interesting color scheme on the rooms - not for everyone!

Hotel was lovely but sadly despite the description the pool isn’t open and the air con is switched off in November. Our room became overwhelming stuffy and sadly there was nothing the staff could do.

Recently refurbished so in great condition. Rooms are a good size, basic and comfortable. Location is perfect for wandering around Seville’s winding streets.

Superb place for a week break in Seville. Not fare away from the city centre and walking distance to the river and all main attractions. Highly recommended, very clean and quiet and very friendly and helpful staff as well.

The hotel is very modern and very clean. Blanca checked us into our room and she was very welcoming and informative. We really appreciated that she gave us a map and suggestions on what areas to tour. The room itself was very clean and spacious. However, I was not really a fan of the bathroom as only a glass divider separates it from the rest of the room and there’s a lack of privacy. Also, I understand that our stay was at the end of October, and technically no longer summer, but the hotel turned off the air conditioning while it was still 80 degrees outside. It made the room very hot and uncomfortable, even with the window open. The last complaint was that one morning during our stay, the hotel played music in the morning that was really loud and woke us up. Not everyone is early risers, and it was just inconvenient. Other than that, the location of the hotel is really great. It’s not in the middle of the old town area, but it’s a close enough walk (about 10 minutes). Despite my complaints, I would stay there again.
