Red Roof Inn Greensburg

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The workers were nice. No frills but nice and convenient for airport. The heating system was loud.

Had a nice TV, and the front desk staff was helpful. Seemed clean enough. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Pets welcome, and there were plenty of doggos to make friends with. The place was pretty full of construction workers at night, so it was loud. The bedding was too small for the bed and kept popping off to leave me laying on mattress. It was a room to sleep in. No complaints but nothing special.

In town for my sisters wedding and had a lot of issues. I have pics and videos of the stuff for those that want it. The room smelled like smoke, tv stopped working, broken sink plus 3 more...two of which I reported to the front desk, once right after check in and the other that night but they didn’t do anything about them. Who cares about those at this point though as the whole thing’s been overshadowed by how the GM handled things (or obv didn’t if I’m here leaving this kind of review.) I politely called to see what they wanted to do and the general manager was condescending and rude. Instead of just simply handling the situation, she talked over me for most the call and acted like I was the problem. Unreal. So here I am leaving the review and I’ll be handling things. Beware of this place people! If the people running things are like this to someone as respectful as me, I don’t want to even imagine what goes on behind the scenes. It creeps me out.

Everyone here was so nice & welcoming. Lots of hotels in the same spot , but follow the arrows and you’ll get there no problem ! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights when we moved our son in to St.Vincent The hotel was nice and clean. All of the staff was great and acomodating but one person stood out. The gentlemen that checked us in (I think his name was Joe) greeted us warmly each time we entered the lobby and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept a smile on his face and remained professional even when guests were being rude. We will stay here again.

Location was not the best it was on top of a hill. Hard to walk to places nearby.

Check in is at 3:00. We arrive at 3:30 and were told our room was not ready yet. Asked when it would be ready we were told “I don’t know!” We waited in the lobby and the desk person yelled over to us as she walked by that our room was ready, at 4:00! Room had a strange Smokey smell even though it is a smoke-free room.

Lady at the counter gave me a key to an already occupied room. There were a bunch of teenagers having a party down the hall at 1am. Phone didn’t work in the room so had to look up number and call on cell phone. People at work told me this hotel was a place of ill repute.

Clean, comfy, super affordable, and friendly! The open pet policy is the best ever!
