Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma

It was very comfortable and clean. Due to the pandemic many of the services were not available. Loved the location and comfortable room.

Our stay was perfect. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Greeted with smile making us feel welcome. Bed was comfortable. Our stay was short but we will be back...

There was a prescription that was left by previous guest. The water in the room was half drinker and the sheets looked very wrinkled and looked like maybe not wash. Who know. I just think your house cleaner didn’t do a very good job. Front desk was nice. Thank you

I liked the stay! However the curtains did not close so sleeping in or naps were not possible, the marina view was not quite what was pictured and I was hoping for more for my get away from stress weekend. I had asked if an upgraded room was available and was told none were. Overall good stay and may return.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant food was excellent and the service also. Nice marina view.

Not so good! Used juice bottle left in the “clean” room and an empty plastic cup left in bathroom. We really wondered about the cleaning procedures in this hotel. Have stayed previously but not sure we will return. Told the desk about the problem and he said “oh well...it happens”. Not impressed.

I love the location and have stayed many times to various degree of service. But In post covid 19, after attempting to charge me twice for nite I prepaid on hotels.com. staffs condescending smug tone with incidentals check in complaince, and how his hands were tied In insisting my card cleared for 150 (same a one nights stay and my card had 125) when he let a guest slide with no deposit right in front of my face,. Hotel was super clean. When we checked in they said the room was clean but it would be about another 15 minutes because they go in and sanitize it. Because of this I felt very safe. The only odd thing I found was a stray hair that wasn’t mine where the shampoo set was. But other than that everything was great. Friendly check in person and staff. I think we only ran into one person on our floor walking the halls so not much activity and the room was quiet and temperature was great.

Room was fine desk staff seemed .a. was rude woman was helpfull but seemed more i terested in cleani g than guest. Cannot believe resturaunt charged full price for crapy meal in a box.
