Best Western Fort Worth Inn & Suites

Overall the hotel was very nice staff what's good. The pillows and blanket on the bed could use a little help.

Everything about our overnight stay was good except for the toilet in our bathroom. It would not flush properly unless we removed the tank lid and manually operated the handle, which was broken. We told the desk clerk about it upon checkout. It was disappointing that because of COVID19 we were unable to get a breakfast at the hotel. Thankfully, local options were available nearby.

Location was great. Clean, comfortable.

The property was well maintained. It appeared new or recently renovated. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Though the overall stay was good, the only really noteworthy negative was related to housekeeping. The first night we got in after midnight, so we were surprised when we were woken up at 7:30am to housekeeping wanting to make up the room. We turned them away and put out the Do Not Disturb sign. The next day, we forgot to remove the Do Not Disturb sign from the door so they didn’t make up the room or leave us fresh linens. That night, I called down to the front desk and asked if I could come get some clean towels. The man who answered started to argue with me that they had serviced the room that day and had left fresh towels. I told him he was mistaken and they had not cleaned the room and he said, “Well, they said they did.” I was scratching my head trying to figure out what difference did it make if I wanted some towels! I asked again, “Can I just come get some clean towels?” He relented and I was able to get some. It just left me wondering what the purpose of that exchange was. The final day, they came an hour or so before checkout time and again I had to turn them away because we were still packing and getting ready for our day of travel. Would likely stay there again but will be more cognizant of how they perform their housekeeping.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, the front desk was very polite and helpful. We will stay again for sure!

Best Western always have nice looking rooms. What I like best is that I can walk to grocery store and a restaurant.

Guy at front desk tried over charging me . After he over charged me it took 20 minutes for him to return money back to my card.

Checking into the hotel was a breeze. The guy up at the front was SO friendly. Then morning came and I have never felt so rushed to get out my hotel room before that I had paid for. The girl up at the front was so rude, and the crew kept rushing my family to get out so they could clean the room. I get it, but please don’t rush us.
