Quality Inn

Nothing Fancy but was a place to stop and crash during a long road trip. Free parking, free WiFi and premium cable. Grab N Go breakfast bags available due to Covid. Overall the beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful!

During these times it was nice to find a hotel that was clean. Even the breakfast bar was nice and clean. I was put at ease with how clean everything was about this property.

The check in was weird. They had no records of my stay despite paying and the booking receipt. It looks like it was all taken care of though! The hotel is cheap so it’s not the best but it is comfortable and affordable!

Well for starters we got to the hotel we asked for a down stairs room they put us in a room that was so tiny. Tv didn't work had to go to the office to report. Hot water was amazing but no box springs on bed just mattress not so comfy furniture in room was busted and pieced back together. Our door to the room showed to have been kicked in at one time and didn't lock. Shower rod and towel rack was loose from wall. You can't even close bathroom door if your on the toliet and the smoke dector on the ceiling was so yellow it was pathetic. You would think they could update the hotel better than that. 1 star only because water worked great and was hot!

The room was nice, had everything needed for a small room. But I had to request towels because there were none in there. And the mini fridge never worked. Although, it was still nice to stay for cheap.

Check in was pretty standard. Hallways and room smelled pretty old and a hint of mildew. My mountain view room was pretty hard to see through the dirty windows. Also, since the hotel is literally right next to the highway, you hear cars passing throughout the night.

My family was really disappointed. We booked because we were drawn to this hotel for free breakfast and a pool. Due to covid we understood the pool closure but to allow it to become green and nasty with floating garbage was gross. It would have been nice if maybe a voucher to a local restaurant could have been provided to replace the lack of a full breakfast. The ice machine was broken and the front desk staff although super nice were often missing. Every door showed no smoking signs but the smell was so thick in the halls it was terrible. We were also shocked to find vomit on the shower curtain and housekeeping knocks very loudly at eight am to get your dirty towels. Overall it's a hotel in Clovis and it's what I expected.

Terrible place the room was dirty Walmart plastic bags left beer caps on the ground the door know on the bathroom was falling you can see the dirty on the surfaces brown spots on top of the phone simple horrible place I know I was paying cheap hotel I’m asking for a 4 diamonds hotel but at least some cleaning and maintain the rooms would be great
