It was good, calm and relaxed even my kitty slept real good, very clean Ive stayed here before and they have made alot of changes for the better
This hitel definitely needs a remodel and update on amenities. Many things within the hotel I would say is 10 years behind it's time. Especially with 20 more dollars the hotel beside it will give you far better room and amenities.
I woke up with bumps on my arms
My stay was horrible the room was not clean and i felt uncomfortable the staff was not on point like they should have been i book all of my rooms through hotels.com and i have never experienced this i would like a full refund of the $120 i paid for the night there
I was very unhappy to take a bath with black mold growing around tub faucets. I told the front desk and even provided photos. No one ever came to remove the black mold. This kind of mold can pose a dangerous haze red for some people who are allergic. I was never contacted by the manager who had been told of the situation. If the room was to have been supper cleaned for Covid19 there should also be no molds “period“. There was also heavy weed being smoked on my floor. The staff used air freshener which only made the smell worse. I personally would never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and it was fine with this trip was horrible. There was lotta people fighting consistently on my floor and even after I called the front desk about it, it continued. Later that night cops were out front and outback and on my floor again dealing with some thing. I asked the front desk if everything was OK and she said no but not to worry. I left for a few hours and there were people sitting in the back parking lot just hanging out in their trucks smoking bothering anybody that was going through the parking lot. The next night it was the same people fighting in the same arguments. The back door from the back parking lot barely ever works with your card key, so as I was struggling to open that I was also getting bothered by one of the smokers, Which made me feel very uncomfortable that I could not even get inside to the hotel. Finally I was able to open the door and opened it too fast and ended up breaking my toe. I sat down and waited at the front desk for 30 minutes was about four or five other people and nobody attended to us. When the lady finally came back she didn’t even have a first aid kit and did nothing to help me other than tell me to go to a hospital. She didn’t Even try to make the situation right or compensate me or help me out in anyway.
Arrived but had to wait 3 hours to get a room since they were in a system audit....Waited another hour after for the system to be updated after the audit.Place was dirty, it was bunch of crack heads coming out of different rooms and whole place smelled like a weed dispensary:We called expedia to see if we can cancle and go get a different room while we were waiting since we didnt know how long we would be waiting for, experience with expedia employees was even worse.They were rude and no help at all even one of the employe named “Amy from expedia” didnt give initial to last name or ref# hung up on me! Horrible
