Holiday Inn University of Memphis All Suite

This is a nice place to stay especially if you want to spread out a bit as the rooms have a living area separate from the bedroom area. The staff was nice. I'd stay here again if I was passing through Memphis.

This is my go-to property in Memphis. It is central, close to shopping and dining, and consistently maintained. Parking is free and convenient, the grounds are well maintained and the area is quiet. Front desk service is usually friendly and helpful as well.

My stay was great. We didn't encounter any problems. The room was clean and extremely comfortable.

There was only one check in person. There was quite a line to check in. I felt bad for the guy at the desk because he seemed overwhelmed. We got into our room after an 8 Hour drive, the sheets were stained, there were stains on the floor. The bathroom light didn’t work, the toilet ran constantly unless you repeatedly and repeatedly jiggle the handle. I had to go back downstairs to get sheets and blankets for the couch that we required since there were five of us. I was assured earlier that day when I called to confirm our arrival time, that sheets would be in the room. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to bring them to us which was great. Someone had spilled something chocolate in the desk drawer, we did not feel like the room was clean. The next morning at check out when I let the front desk know about these things, the woman suggested the gentleman the night before should’ve put us in another room. Yes, that would’ve been great but that was never offered. After a long drive, with another long day of driving ahead, we just wanted a decent night’s sleep in a clean room. Therefore, I would not stay here again. We did like the spaciousness of the hotel. And we did like the layout of the room. The sheets were very soft, the pillows were soft and decent but multiple stains on sheets on both beds was creepy. And all the filth in the room was just too much. The location also was not bad.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. We have stayed off Beale St. before and by far this was more affordable, no fee for parking, friendlier, and cleaner. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit our children at college.

The property is very nice and was clean. However, the first night of my stay the air conditioner didn't work, so we were very uncomfortable. They didn't have a room to move us to. It was a little better the second night, but still uncomfortable. We would have moved, but the seminar we were attending was in that hotel.

Was a beautiful hotel and in an awesome location. But shower was not clean and bed was very hard.

I had an issue in my room, but the manager enthusiastically resolved it to my satisfaction.

Everything about this place was amazing.
