Covid 19 and can not cancel . Flight cancel everything and the hotel not full refund to me. Never come back to stay this hotel.

Great Location and all the facilities needed for a short stay in Moscow. Great Breakfast

Good hotel. Room cleaning was done a bit late in the day when we were back in our room. Room got a bit stuffy but opening the window helped. Reception was very helpful. Will stay again.

Staff services are great. Gym is good but could be better. Reception being on the 4th floor is not very welcoming, yet it is OK and very good for walking to different places especially Arbat street. on the

Room service and some staff on the reception were very bad. Single room is very tiny. Overall the stay was fine except some issues,which were solved only because of the manager.

Well located for Arbat Street. Clean and modern. Rooms quite small and unbearably warm - couldn’t find how to reduce temperature.

The hotel is located in a great spot, just across a main road from Arbat street and pretty close walking distance to the main tourist sites. All major transportation including subway. It is located in a large high-riser, so not one of those boutique smaller hotels - you go up from a lobby to the 4th floor where the reception and restaurants are. But, so friendly, so clean, super organized. Great little rooms. Breakfast is a feast of a buffet - pretty much anything you could ever want is there for you. One word of warning - when you use Yandex to order a taxi, the hotel address and building number shows up as behind the corner, so watch it when ordering a cab. I found this is the case in many places in Russia. The satellite location isn't accurate enough and the cabs sometimes wait for you in block behind your street or around the corner.

In general the hotel is good. My biggest issue was a strange person entered my room while I was sleeping at 6:30am in the morning and woke me up. there was little response from the staff and I had to physically go to reception to verbally state my complete unhappiness with the situation. There were a number of excuses and they did offer me a bottle of Russian bubbles. I can imagine if it was a lady in the room by herself. Hence there are security concerns at the hotel. It also took over 10 mins to get in the lifts as they seemed to be over booked and it was crazy at the entrance to the hotel. I would not stay there again.

the location was in walking distance of the city and also popular tourist attractions i.e Re Square, accommodations was great clean and comfortable and staff spoke English which is a big help if you not as fluent in the language

This was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The value for money is non-existent. Room service didn't bother to replenish toiletries. Small and uncomfortable room. No fridge in room and provided one small bottle of drinking water on first day. Paid for a great view. The staff were generally polite but never asked what should be a standard question "how was your stay?"
