Tesoro Manzanillo All Inclusive

Rooms not clean at all we found bugs / beds not clean / not drinking water on the rooms there is mold by the shower door / definite a bad experience I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone/ bad food

Beautiful beach..poor food..poor amenities..NO internet in room..have to PAY for internet..

Very clean facility and staff was always friendly. Room was also clean and very comfortable. Food was very good especially the selection of fresh fruit. The meals in the reservation only restaurants were outstanding. Our only issue with the Tesoro was the fitness area. Very little cardio equipment and the equipment provided is extremely old. We do recommend the Tesoro and we will return.

Manzanillo is not for tourist Hotels are destroyed prices to high I personal not recommended no good beach

The hotel looked nice I’m pictures but once got there it was completely different

The scenery was beautiful the staff was great. The issues were the smokers at the pool and lack of security people. The room services never came until 5 pm to do the rooms making it challenging to get ready to go to dinner. We booked a tour through hotel to see the Barras De Navidad plantations and guide literally stopped at side of highway to show us banana tree and papaya trees. The cost was 1700.00 pesos and that did not include lunch. As an outsider the hotel definitely catered to locals and most staff Spanish speaking. The cleaning staff forgot to leave towels in the room and we had to contact lobby staff requesting them as well as stocking fridge with water. They call at 8.30 am ask to close our balcony door in the 3rd floor for safety ..

Will never stay there again, food was excellent and the servers were awesome. But we had issues with Them allowing people in the dining area without shirts no bathing suit cover ups we spoke to the dining area manager about this and he stated he would talk to his servers. The pool was also an area of problems because there was beer drinking from glass bottles, infants were being put in with regular diapers, and adults were swimming in street clothes, people smoking around the pool area in spite of all these things being posted as not allowed security just walked around not doing a darn thing. The room itself was nice but no drinking water glasses, no wash cloth, and it stated we would have a stocked room fridge, well the fridge was there but it was empty, we had to go down to the reception area to ask for them to stock our fridge and they had no idea what a wash cloth is. The pool side activities were also a joke, one bingo game the entire day, the so called dancing lessons were just their entertainment staff dancing they did nothing to get guest involved. The night shows were awesome but the so called disco after was just a person playing music no chairs, no tables nothing so If you wanted to hear the music but not dance you would have to stand the entire time. The pool side chairs were disgusting with built up grime. I took a room towel down to clean one up so we could use it.We had stayed in the Tesoro Ixtapa and it was wonderful so we expected the same here.

nothing was outstanding it was just okay the food was cold most of the time service was okay nobody went out of the way to help when we arrived we were given our keys and sent on are way no explanation of where anything was or how anything worked

I loved the location and structure of the property, but the food was not tasty or good. The swimming pool was full of dead skin or grime. The walls of my bathroom's room had poop and urine all over; I notified them, but they cleaned 2 days later. I had to pay for wifi but the poor connection did not allow me to have internet the whole time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL.
