Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Airport

The planes were quite loud and the room had an unusual setup.

Online info needs to be updated. We picked this hotel because it said they had a shuttle and bfast. Well they don't and haven't since covid started. We picked this hotel for those 2 things. The hotel itself is nice though.

The only thing the clerk told us was our room number. No mention of breakfast, checkout time, nothing.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here at Courtyard! The property is pretty decent, has plenty of neat amenities, unfortunately everything was closed due to COVID-19, but fortunately, the room made up for that. My needs were met when the customer service representative at the front desk was able to get me a quiet room at the end of the hall! It was very spacious and up-to-date. The bathroom had a bit of an odor to it and was a bit small and the TV can use an updating. I could not find anything on television to watch due to the lack of channels that were provided. A Smart TV would be great in there, I would never leave! Lastly, I found hair on the bed linens and sheets and it made me wonder if they had been changed from the previous guest. I wasn't very happy with that. Overall, I had a decent stay.

The staff was decent but they acted like we were an inconvenience when we needed items, but rooms were not being serviced. NOTHING WAS OPEN, when i called to verify before the stay the only thing they said was closed was the pool. That was fine. But what did we pay so much for? A BED? i mean, this was ridiculous and over priced for nothing.

Excellent stay. No complaints.

Was looking somewhere to stay over on road trip. Everything closed in hotel because off covid. But romm was clean and tidy. So can't complain

I expected more out of a Marriott Courtyard. It’s by the airport so I guess it could be less. Staff was barely masked or smoking outside. Fixtures in room were very cheap and not working or falling apart. No maintenance man on staff for non working items. Would not stay again, I’m pretty sure not cleaning for Covid on a regular basis. General Manager for hotels in that area needs to pay extra attention.

Horrible experience. We were staying here to catch an early flight the next morning at 7:30 am. We were told by the afternoon manager that although there is no shuttle service to the airport but we can easily catch a cab in the am with about 20 mins notice. We were in the lobby at 6 am and were told the taxi was on the way. By 6:20 (with no cab in site) I ordered an Uber which took 15 mins and was not large enough for 4 of us. The Uber took my wife and grandson and was suppose to come back for my son and I which he didn’t. Fortunately, the night manager (a very nice lady) who got off at 7am offered to take the two of us. If not for Southwest Airlines and the night manager giving a 3 min ride to the airport, my wife and I would have missed another day of work and some important deadlines. Unfortunately due to the Sunday afternoon who lied to us, we will never use this particular hotel again
