Great room! Great location!

The shower curtain rod in the first room was about to fall off the wall.. so we requested a different room.. 2nd was the same just different.. the fans in the bathrooms didn't work so it got to humid for the sheetrock. The beds felt about like a hospital bed. So even tho the price was decent.. I will probably stay somewhere else next time

Breakfast area was well organized and clean.

It was a great smaller property. The rooms were overall great, comfy beds and a large vanity. The negative is that there is no/barely any parking space!

The check in process was very quick and easy. We stayed with a dog. The room was nice and updated. The carpet could have been cleaner and vacuumed more thoroughly, but all in all it was a comfortable room. Breakfast was served and was very good. The location is close to several places to eat and gas. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was fine, the carpets are old and stained and the furniture in the suite was scuffed up, as well as several scuffs on the walls ect. The staff was nice and helpfull, this place does have a small continental breakfast provided whereas most have not over the summer due to covid-19, overall the stay was pretty good, the owners should probably look into re vamping the hotel rooms tho.

Very impressed with the customer service! Super helpful! Looked into things that needed looked into and solved it! Hotel was really clean. All employees were wearing masks. Employees on clock could have been a more active. Breakfast was on point! Biscuits & gravy, eggs, juice, ect. Pool with hot tub is always a bonus. They need to add stiffer pillow options. Fluffy ones are nice for some but other need a stiff one.

Sticky pop ring on desk, outlets in bathroom loose in the wall - one stopped working altogether, shower curtain rod coming off the wall, bathroom floor grout dirty and tile loose, lights in bathroom inadequate for the space making it dark, frayed carpet on cove molding. Pretty sure they aren't too concerned about COVID as when I went to my room it was still being cleaned from the night before so they sent me to another. Nice exterior - very deceiving.

Water in tube dropped all night long, broken lamp, stains all over the carpet- I checked in late and was tired from hours of driving so didn’t have the energy to complain. When checking out was told I would get an email to resolve the issue, but nothing- (the hotel has my phone and email as when to fix the issue). I would never recommend or stay at this hotel and now probably never the chain either- too many options to be treated like this.

Our room was comfortable and clean, a little tight on space but fine. I had to reprogram the remote, not sure why it wouldn’t work but ended up okay. Parking was also tight but doable.
