Urbana Inn & Suites

My stay was to sleep only (rolled in at 12:30 a.m. and checked out at 9 a.m.) Breakfast was nice and the staff were excellent from fast check-in to check-out. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the water stain on the wall under the sink, which made me wonder about what else was wrong or falling apart. Otherwise, the room was great and I was so happy to see the mini-fridge in the room so I would have a cold soda in the morning for my trip.

We stayed 4 days on wed and thursday staff was awesome! Clean room and fresh towels. On fri and sat no room service at all had to ask for toliet paper and fresh towels and for my overflowing garbage to be emptied. Plus on sat no pool time at all because two private pool parties back to back. Will not stay here again or reccomend

This was a truly relaxing and quiet stay. The staff was polite and courteous. I stayed in a suite that offered a jacuzzi, 65 to 70in flat screen and a very comfortable King bed, the bath room and jacuzzi were very clean and all linen and towels were clean For all the good that this hotel has to offer these are the things that I did'nt like; no phone line in the room, love seat upholstery was stained and underneath the cushions there was dirt and noticable food crumbs. The coffee table was not cleaned and had water marks from prior cups or glasses and finally the carpet needed to be steam cleaned or replaced. Hard wood or tiles would look great in this roman themed room. The fireplace gave a wonderful glo to the room at night and would be great for a playful evening of romance with your significant other. Price was reasonable and should never go above $110 to $125 2 1/2 to 3stars. I would not recommend this room to anyone with back, or any mobility issues. Getting up on the bed and down off the bed is challenging due to the raised pedestal with no side steps on either side or a step at the base or foot area of the bed Also no headbord to protect the drywall. My stay 2nights $261. Indoor pool, fitness/ laundry room. Njoy your stay and sleep well.🤗

They were so nice and helpful. We wanted to take the baby in the pool and they provided a little floatie. Vsiting here is like staying with friends!

Older property needed new carpets they were badly stained.

Was a pleasant experience, property has new owners and they are beginning to upgrade the property.

I booked this hotel because it was affordable. I was quite surprised at the quality of the hotel and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
