Knights Inn Corbin

The AC worked good and is the only reason I gave a disappointing rating instead of a terrible rating. The towels were dirty the bed dipped in the middle, my wife and I had to sleep sideways to keep from hurting ourselves. Though everything is ground floor the ramp to get up the sidewalk was messed up with wear and tear. The water kept changing temperatures as well. Definitely won't be back on our return trip.

Decent. Clean. No bugs. Slept well. Room was hot !!! AC was off but cooled off eventually

Quaint little motel, but advertises breakfast and a pool with none available. not staying there again

Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and the condition of the room was poor

The person who checked us in and out was pleasant and friendly however, the room was not what I was expecting. I checked in and checked back out 10 minutes later. There were spiders in webs in the room, it smelled musty and mildewy, and the final straw that broke the camel’s back was that the sheets were stained with God knows what kind of stains. There were holes burned in them also, I can only assume from cigarettes. I could not comfortably fall asleep when I was so disturbed.

I know it was my fault for not paying attention to whether or not it was a smoking room or non-smoking room, but the room was musty smelling because the room had been shut up without the air on. Some type of air freshener and could be put in the room and the air turned on if y’all know the room has been reserved so when the guests get there, they are not walking into a hot room or if it’s winter a cold room.

It was 100% terrible. We were literally there for 5 minutes. They refused to give us a refund. We opened the door to our two rooms and they stunk so bad we closed the door and my husband went to talk to the man at the front desk. It was almost midnight and there had to be at least 30 people outside their rooms, loud, drinking and partying. While waiting with my 5 kids, for my husband to come back, 4 people came up and asked me for a cig and one man came up smoking a joint- my kids have never been around that. We didn’t get a refund and had to go get rooms somewhere else close by. I would never suggest this place.

Front desk lady was slow and did not know her job. Kept mumbling and having me asking her to repeat herself over and over. Beds were unclean with crumbs and hair between the sheets. Tv remote didn’t work. Outlets would not hold a cord, every one fell out. Light above sink kept blinking off and on. Used roll of toilet paper and what looked like rat poop in coffee pot

I don't know if we got a room that hasn't been used in 6 months or what happened, but our stay was pretty terrible. The room was semi-clean, but only two lamps worked and the TV didn't work!!! The shower was clogged and the room was freezing due to a giant crack in the door. I just don't think i would ever give this place another chance. The breakfast was stale and very limited.

It's an older motel but I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent two weeks here on a work trip and never had any issues.
