Falls Lodge by the Falls

We booked this property because of its location, price and especially the rating (at the time was 4.1 out of 5). Upon arrival, I had to write my contact details on paper (the old school way) and handed it in... I was presented with someone else's stay details...after showing him my information, in which he didnt verify he charged me correctly. Honest mistake I suppose. Went into our our room and were disappointed with the condition of the room. The dresser drawers would open on its own (we think due uneven flooring), poor reception on the TV, and our bath towels had big holes in it. Music was blasting outside like people were having a party in the parking lot. Definitely not deserving of such a high rating. Will not be coming back!

We didn’t get the room we thought, but the staff, especially the night staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were still clean and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was so nice, and the outdoor pool is perfect on these very hot days

Concierge gave us room 150 went in and it wasn’t clean. Gave us room 148 instead. Says self parking, which cost $10. Room was clean and comfortable, but old and dirty carpet.

Additional parking fee, bad breakfast and no restaurant / cafeteria (foods bring to room), bad smell, stained stairs and covered snow, etc.

Noticed dirty towel in the washroom. Reported to the management.

I though I was staying at the falls lodge by the falls but they changed they’re name online. I purposely tried to avoid the knights inn because of previous experiences but they changed they’re name Online to attract more customers. Very dirty room with a musty smell. There name still says knights in on their sign so they purposely changed it online to deceive.

Nicely redone place. Decent rates. Close to casino and attractions. You get what you pay for. Will book again

It was a place to sleep, and for that it did the job. I will say the heat works, the room was 80degrees when we walked in. We opened the window to let it get to a comfortable temperature. Unremarkable room, it smelled of smoke but the "no smoking" rooms have chairs and ashtrays immediately outside the door. So, the stink travels. For a $38 hotel I mean I really have not much to say. But Be aware that the fee DOES NOT include parking. I usually check for this but I overlooked it this time. You'd be better staying at a higher price that includes the place to put your car. The "continental breakfast" was a joke, there were 2 slices of bread, one box of cereal and a carton of orange juice.
