It was a very quick and easy check in even at 1am when we arrived. i also for to check our and noticed two hours agter on the road after 12pm and staff was very understanding and friendly.

Clean, nice staff, good location, breakfast and large rooms.

Here are the positives. Very clean but the air quality in the room was kind of musty. My wife and I woke up with burning eyes every morning and that NEVER happens even at dingy motels. The leather recliners are one of the best in any hotel we have stayed at. Bedding was soft and the bed was ok. kind of more hard than soft. Bathrooms nice for my wifes handicap needs. Now the negatives. Moving around in this room was difficult with a scooter. The hotel stunk like Curry or hotdish 24/7 and there is no restaurant. The pop machine is outside and that is the only option for something to drink (and it was broken). Not even a drinking fountain that I could find. Lobby closes at 11pm. Saturday night it was closed before 10:45pm. If I arrived in town at 11pm and had a reservation now what? Hope there is a solution for that. Breakfast is one of the worst continental breakfasts I have ever seen. Very minimal!! Not even worth getting out of bed for unless you like cereal and a danish. If you are handicap and by yourself stay across the street at Hampton. The two doors to the lobby open very hard and there is no power assist. And probably the worst of all is that the last night we were here I got really sick in the night with a terrible cough and cold and chills. Wife went to church with daughter by herself. No late check out Had to pay full price to stay 3 extra hours so I wouldn't infect the entire community. Next time we come to Orange City we are staying at the Hampton.

The stay was quite pleasant. The only concern was that the mattress swayed somewhat, making it harder to get a good night's sleep.

Clean, not crowded. Very easy to get to, and nice and quiet.

The services when u sign in she was yell loudly. And my kids get scared. Asking me why the lady was mad a me?

Tv remote did not work, had to go back outside with all luggage to go to room when could have gone done inside hallway, when we got there at 10 pm the door was locked( that seems early for travelers) sign by door said 11 pm.

Breakfast was improved from last time. Waffles added to selection.
