Super 8 by Wyndham Dickson

Only had a few hiccups and that was more on Hotels end. Overall was a great stay and even got to enjoy the flurries while there.

There were bed bugs. I got up with bites all over me. I have pucs. Was reserved for 2 nights but i checked out and went somewhere rlse! Will not be bk!! Ever.

Service was adequate. Cleanliness was a major disappointment. Doubtful that I will return for that reason. I checked in late in the evening and just wanted to get some rest. I rolled down the bed and there was blood, hair, and dirt on the sheets and the comforter. The service desk attendant was nice about it and promptly gave me another room. Had I not paid for the room in full already, I would have left. I stayed however for 3 more days and the stay was uneventful.

The hotel itself is not that bad and the service is ok. The room not that bad but my towels look like the been through a war some with holes and dity.

We checked into a room that should have a refrigerator, but mysteriously in the place where the refrigerator was supposed to be there was an empty space. So after calling the front desk and explaining there was no refrigerator, they moved us to a different room. I am very understanding understanding regarding COVID, but only two floors and one ice machine working. The room was not clean, there was mold in the shower and hair everywhere. I would not recommend...

Everything is dirty, very dirty. Not recommended.

Recent renovations (paint, flooring, and possibly bed sheets) were nice. Decent looking property with restaurants in walking distance. Indoor access to rooms helps with a quiet stay and well lit parking lot. Towels are paper thin and rough and had holes in all of them. That was a disappointment. The room could use a little better cleaning too. I found crumbs and other food stuff along the bedside, by the microwave, and a child’s shirt beside the fridge. With covid-19, I would expect a deeper clean.... I made sure to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes as usual during this time, but overall the property appeared to be in good condition and comfortable. Pool and breakfast are no longer offered due to covid-19. I wish they would take these off of their signs and stop advertising those as offerings right now. I get that that it’s a health thing, but don’t promote that you offer it. Wi-Fi signal was strong in my room and got pretty decent speeds (50-75 mbps). Overall happy with the room and would stay again! The front desk person was very pleasant.

Entire facility was clean and well organized. Room was squeaky clean and still had the faint odor of bleach. Definitely a plus in the corona epidemic. Beds were comfy, linens and pillows soft and warm. Would definitely stay again!

Our first room didn’t have toilet paper and the air conditioner wasn’t working. We were given a 2nd room with a barely working air conditioner. It was after midnight before the room cooled enough for us to sleep. There were zero bath towels. We had 2 hand towels to use to dry off after a shower. It was on the weekend so the manager wasn’t available. I tried to get help from hotels.com, but without a manager, nothing could be done to remedy the situation. I would save my money and just sleep in the car and never stay at this hotel.
