Rented my room and they had a hard time finding a room. Shower was gross

This place is disgusting. We couldn’t even stay here. The microwave had mold and there were crumbs everywhere. The mirror was dirty and the shower current had mold as well. The bed of this non smoking room had cigarette holes. The ac unit was falling apart and wasn’t even on. We know this was the case as soon as we drove up but we have it the benefit of the doubt. We didn’t even bring out things in. We just left and found another hotel. So disappointed in the photos advertising this hotel.

Where do I even start? I requested that all linens and towels and pillow be removed from the room so that I could use my own with everything going on with the virus as well as to make sure that the room was cleaned well. When I walked in the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. All the bed sheets were thrown on the floor., I could have done that myself. The mattress cover they left on the bed had a blood stain on it. I pulled the other mattress cover off the other bed and there was a huge stain on the bed. It was disgusting. I disinfected EVERYTHING myself. Sprayed with febreeze..everything. Only to find out that the A/C was broken. It would run and get cold for a few minutes and then then go back to fan mode. I told the front desk and they supposedly fixed it while I was out, but it was not fixed upon my arrival back. It took me an hour and half to clean the room to find out I would be sleeping uncomfortably anyway with no A/C. I did not sleep a wink. At breakfast there was nothing but carbs. No meat, no fruit, no dairy. I feel really bad for the young man who seemed in late teens or early 20s who was obviously the son of the owners. The owners were very disrespectfuI and from what I could tell, made their son do everything! I would never stay at this hotel again.

The tub/shower was not as clean as it could be specifically the mat in the tub.

Staff really nice. Heat in the room was broken.

Room was nice. Shower Comodre area was badly in need of renovation. Water pressure was pitiful by even modern standards. I was there 4 nights. Returned to room second day and there had been no maid service at all. On third day I returned to room and no maid service but owner and his kids showed up about 6 pm and took trash and brought in clean towels. Since very few rooms were full they had ample time to service. They are apparently challenged with electronic lock cards since I had to get a new one daily.

Very clean, room was immaculate and very quiet and comfy.

When my husband and i got there at 2pm our rooms werent ready! So we went to an early dinner and came back around 3:30pm. None of the lamps work and it took 30 minutes of them messing with it for us to have flickering lights the rest of the night. There were holes in the wall we pointed out so we werent wrongfully charged. We could not shower because the tub flooded. Then went to breakfast to stale bagels and expired yogurt. The coffee was undrinkable! Hands down my worst experience! Will not be staying there again and seriously wondering if i should use Expedia again

Bought this room while on my trip home. Guess I didn’t Realize I clicked smoking. I didn’t even think that was an option. Luckily the guy working opened all the rooms he had available and we were able to pick the least smelling room. Free breakfast, had waffles. Be careful if your tired and booking rooms..you might end up in an ash tray.

At check in, our reservation was there but there was no room for us. We drove 6 hrs to the motel but not only waited for 40 min for the computer to reboot but later was told no room available. Luckily they were able to find a room at the closest Motel 6. We spent a night there and then packed again next morning. Both Motel staff were friendly and somewhat helpful though. It was just a very strange 2 nights stay that we never encountered before. Motel looked clean and bed was very comfortable! But there were ceiling leak marks and areas of wall were just taped after repair. Other than the inconvenience it was ok.
