Super 8 by Wyndham Oneida Verona

We stayed in the handicapped room. We walked in and I tripped on a huge rip in the rug. The bathroom had a used washcloth hanging in the shower and there was toilet paper in the toilet. The room was filthy! The mirrors looked like they haven't been washed in a year. There was cheerios on the floor next to the bed. Spider webs were everywhere! And on and on...if we didn't check in at 12:45 a..m. I would have left! In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask to speak to the Manager. I was told "good luck with that". The employee said she doesn't see the Manager but once a week if shes lucky. She handed me the Managers business card and said "Please do something about this"! I am trying to contact Expedia about this problem!

I would have said terrible if it wasn't for the friendly, helpful people at the desk. They were super! The motel itself is a shambles. I slept on a tarp, bought from the nearby Wal-Mart to minimize what I touched. Able to turn the light out without cockroaches so that's something. Hey, Ididnt expect much for the money so Ionly reply as you asked. Again, the good folks at the desk like David and company helped redeem the place. Nonetheless, the building looked sound and a little cleaning and repair could go a long way. If the nearby hotels are smart, they'd drive over right now and hire the desk staff. I say this all with public good in mind.

When we got there the person in line before us was complaining about how her reservation was all wrong. Took almost 15 mins to check in! Then there were people lingering in the hallway all day and night. We got back from our event at 1am and there was a group of people sitting in the hallway being loud! Very disappointing!

This was very disappointing! Very unclean! Fabric Chair was visible disgustingly dirty. Pillow cases were not clean. Pillows were awful, asked for another one he said he had no idea where they would be. There was no remote for tv. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Usually not bad. This room needs help though. Headboard was broken and bed is terrible. Needs a new mattress. Springs are broken and poking right at the shoulders. I stay here whenever I’m in town for the casino. Usually a decent room for a decent price.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Booked a room with 2 double beds in August for Dec 31 when we arrived they game us a single room. I went down and told them and showed them my reservation and said this room has been booked since August she said we don’t care how early you booked it it get what we got. After a long argument they put us in a double bed room but the room didn’t have a key so we could only get in if someone let us in and the room was next to people who apparently live there and they were having a party in their room and had everyone up till 4:30 in the morning. Worst experience ever.

The bed was horrible the mattress had a huge hole you fell in on one side they need to get new ones obviously 🙄 very wore!!! Also tipped maid $5 to make the bed and clean towels and she takes the $5 and doesn’t make the bed at all and also threw out some personal things I had for New Year’s Eve costume not happy at all will not return!!

There was ease getting in and out onto the main road.

The tap didn’t work, water had to stay on all night. Toilet not bolted to the floor. TV is tiny. The manager is aware and doesn’t care.
