Super 8 by Wyndham Warrensburg

Place REEKS of curry and musk. Family that runs hotel lives there. Staff was rude and refused me extra bath towels. No one ever at desk. Have to call hotel from phone to get service. Back door should require key entry but door was broken so anyone can enter.

The check in was easy and the person was polite, however, the towels were worn and stained. A very strong smell of curry went through the entire hotel, not very appealing. All of the clean clothes I brought home had to be rewashed due to the smell.

The comforters both had cigarette holes. It smelled old. It had drywall in the hallway but i can't tell you what they were working on. The bathtub had paint chipping off into the tub... Finally if you are handicap there is no elevator and only one handicap parking spot.

Pretty sure there was some kind of movie being shot in the room next to mine from midnight until 3am involving multiple people. Then a huge fight broke out in the hallway on the other side of my room with people screaming nothing I'd write in a public place much less scream from 3am until 4:30, it sounded like a large group of women drug some other woman out of her hotel room and beat her in the parking lot. Even after the fight ended people were screaming at each other for some time. I ended up being late to work since I only got 2 hours of sleep. I've never had a good experience here but this was by far the worst. It sounded like I was the first one to even notify the hotel staff in the morning. I'll just spend more to get a better hotel that at least locks the side doors at night. It was a rough 3 hour drive home after getting off work.

they need more bath towels and better pillows. the pillows were extremely soft and we only had 3 on a king bed.

Well, when we got there our room smelled of smoke, we found it was a guy outside smoking by the window. Also, the room had one towel and two bath mats for 4 people. When we asked for more the treated us like we were going to steal them, wanted the mat back befor we could get any and once we brought it back they told us they didnt have any towels at that moment due to laundering them. My husband happen to pass an open door which had many folded towels. The beds were very uncomfortable and kept sliding off its platform. The shower had holes in the wall which had been filled but didn't look clean. The toilet was loose and shifted when ever you sat or got up. I was very disappointed in the room and lack of service. We have stayed there before and the room was nice, clean and what we expected. I will not stay there again. Maybe it is new management or something happened with their family but it was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

We left to go out for a bit, when we came back the beds were not made, no clean towels, waste basket was not emptied!! We were gone til late afternoon, they should have had all this done!

Overall it was a great hotel room and everything was pretty pristine when we arrived but room service only came some of the times requested and then all their trash cans were just kinda piling up with trash. I had thrown a bag away in one that was still piled on top 12 days later.

The woman who checked us in was capable making up her own little rules I've stayed there before never had any complications till that day wanted to take my credit card and and take out the damage deposit and then would refund it it's never happened before they've never taken damage deposit off the credit card they just hold the credit card number but not when this lady is working and she tried to tell me this happened at every Motel every Motel I've ever stayed at does not take the damage deposit off your credit card and less there is damage to the place when you leave but when this lady works at the motel she wants to take it off your credit card and was very hateful used to say I wasn't very nice to her either after that
