The staff was very friendly and helpful in the age of COVID-19

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convienent location.

My wife and I planned a get away to enjoy ourselves.....It was anything but enjoyable. There were people at the hotel with their dog off a leash, outside doing drugs in the parking lot and walking around half dressed. All of the hallways smell like a lit cigarette even though it’s a non smoking facility. We weren’t able to get something as simple as plastic ware to eat dinner we ordered because they had none. On checkout day there was a call to the room around 9am (check out is at 11). Well we were still sleeping so we didn’t answer. No less than five minutes later I hear someone OPENING OUR DOOR! Not knocking. Not announcing themselves. They just came in. I yelled “why is someone opening the door right now?” Out of panic as my wife and I both had no clothes on. Whoever was at the door must have ran because by the time I could throw some clothes on and go to the door there was no one there. I then called the front desk where I got a less than enthusiastic employee stating “they probably opened the door thinking you had checked out and we’re going to clean the room” I then explained to the employee the situation and how uncomfortable we were. She had nothing more than “yeah sorry” to say. When I went to check out the employee was sitting in a recliner in the office with her feet up, shoes off, drinking coffee without a care in the world. I stood there until she stood up to come talk to me. I tried to explain our issues and she was less than caring

Staff was present in the building, but did not wear masks. One woman was on the phone, telling a customer that masks were required, but did not wear one herself. The breakfast was limited, due to COVID restrictions, but there were no pastries, only yogurt and oatmeal. The hotel was clean enough, but the hallways smelled like smoke, although they have a no smoking policy.

The conversations I had on the phone with Super 8 front desk receptionist were friendly and very helpful with each step of our reservation process. However, due to a back injury we had to cancel our reservation. Again, the phone conversation was courteous.

Nice helpful staff and good clean rooms. Had trouble using my rewards number not due to motel issues but due to Wyndham problems. Staff tried to fix issues. When typing in my number it shows inactive but when calling Wyndham operators they say it is active. Not the first place I have had this problem and it is a pain in the backside getting my points. The staff tried to fix problem but couldn’t

Great staff, will be there again. Always friendly

Water pressure was bad and no hot water. Tv only got 5 channels and couldn't watch football on Thanksgiving Eve after work

Plumbing was in bad shape. It was nearly impossible to turn on the water in the sink. Washer and dryer were in terrible shape, plus the laundry room was very dimly lit, cold, and had NO place to sit. It is a threadbare motel.
