Phidias Piraeus Hotel

They give you free transportation in piraeus plus if you want they come and pick you up to bring in the hotel very cain of them

This was our thirteenth visit to Phidias. We have always had a very pleasant stay. But on this Occasion it was not so good. We arrived late in the evening after a days travel and just fell into bed. In the morning we realised that we had not got the room we had booked and paid for. The receptionist was very helpful but could not offer us anything better. We had booked the room six months in advance. They offered us a refund of 15% which we accepted, but this did not solve the problem. We had breakfast on the first morning, but the waitress was very rude to my wife, she had no manners. and did not even say good morning, Or know the words please or thankyou. So we avoided breakfast. Then on fourth morning the usual chef returned from holiday so we had breakfast. We know him very well, and the breakfast was excellent. He his also very polite and efficient.

I absolutely loved Stella the front desk clerk. The breakfast was good, the room was immaculate and spacious and the free shuttle to the shipping Port was a pleasant surprise.

Booked king received queen. They tried to tell us it was a king, but no. Elevator so small one person can’t bring luggage, claustrophobic with two people no luggage. I didn’t see any stairs but we were on the 5th floor so it wouldn’t have mattered. AC powers off...when patio door opened, when you leave your room and at random. It powers off and does not come back on. The knob to the bathroom fell off in our hand. The room was tiny. Nothing like the pictures here. Tiny room and tiny shower, no bath. we were told at checkin that we had the best room in the hotel. The bed was comfortable, one plus.

A warm welcome even in the middle of night, every single thing about this hotel was just right. They were kind and helpful with arranging our port transfer and it’s free! The breakfast looked lovely but we didn’t have time. 10/10 would stay again (and this time longer not just overnight)

The hotel is new, the personel at the check inn is excellent, the rooms are clean, the location was good and the hotel offer free shuttle to the cruise port and metro station.

The room was not quite ready but the staff were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating! Have already reserved us a shuttle to our cruise tomorrow. Excellent location just moments away from the marina.
