Hotel daleko od centrum fakt blisko komunikacji.Byliśmy 4 dni i przez weekend spa nieczynne a na tym najbardziej nam zależało,Śniadanie raczej ubogie jak na hotel z 4 gwiazdkami.W naszej ocenie hotel powinien mieć najwyżej 3 gwiazdki.

Wygodne łóżka, cisza, dobre śniadania,dojazd do centrum łatwy, centrum fitness ok, sauny nie powalają ale można odpocząć,

I asked for a late check out when booking and asked again the day of our departure but they could only give me the room till 12 noon. I had to wait till 4 pm for my husband to return from his meetings. The hotel is in the middle of no where next to a highway.

Excellent customer service, very clean, comfortable and great location. Love the saunas!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a bit worn down in some areas, the wellness area had two out of four saunas not working and the bathroom had some black mold on the tub. But for the price it was great. And the service and people who worked at Rubin was excellent! Everyone spoke english and was helpfull and smiling. We totally fell in love with the bartender Erica, she was just a sweetheart. Breakfast was great. A very impressive selection, with something for everyone. The hotel is situated outside towncenter, but it's only a 15 minutes busride, to the metro and trams going where ever you want to go. Or you can just take a cap 10 minutes and end up in the center. We used the public transport, it was easy. The hotel has a beautifull garden and at night it's totally quiet. Except from the cicadas.

OMG dated hotel, red isn’t a nice colour for deco in rooms. Really poor service in reception as chronically understaffed, rooms basic, warning not to open window due to flies outside, no irons, uncomfortable beds and overall the worse ever 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check in and out the worst ever. Waited 45 mins. Also deposit given in euro and returned in dollars and despite their mistake and arguing I was wrong! Cleaners were nice and friendly and rooms cleaned really good. Maybe cleaners should run the hotel. Breakfast basic and tasteless! Avoid at all costs. Location is really in the middle of nowhere!

Bathroom has strong smell. Hotel has offices listed as rare diseases department on doors. It's like a clinic. Wanted to use the pool but changed my mind . Weird feeling altogether

The staff was rude and sexist. Treated me like I was stupid or an inconvenience. At breakfast, I literally had men roll their eyes right in front of me because I asked them to replenish a breakfast item that was out at the breakfast buffet. I also asked that they replace the OJ in the juice machine. They told me I didn’t know how to use it and ran me over there to demonstrate. Nope, it was out!!! Checking in was a nightmare. I waited 30 minutes just to be helped. Reception staff even helped people who arrived after me. The reception guy coughed an attitude with me after I politely asked him to focus on me for a few minutes so I could check in. After that I went ahead and called them out on helping others who arrived after me before me, and he said he didn’t see me. Yeah right!! I was standing right in front of them. The AC in the hotel was turned off on purpose. Then they leave notes in the rooms saying not to open the windows due to bugs. WTF!!! How was I suppose to cool off the hot room. Needles to say that was a fiasco. Other than the AC, and a broken vanity mirror, the room was comfortable. However the hotel is not near anything and you definitely need a car to stay there. My biggest issue was honestly how disrespectful the females in my party were treated by the male staff.
