Excellent location, just a few minutes to walk to the Duomo and to a metro station so very easy to travel around Milan. The room was quite small but clean and the bed was comfy. First night we had a very noisy next door neighbors( obviously this is not the hotel fault but I think the walls between rooms are not insulated enough). Breakfast is great. I will choose this hotel again if I have to.

We stayed there during the first night after a long trip and panoramic room was very nice. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We had mini bar, fruit, and breakfast covered that were so good for jetlag. The balcony can view firework at a distance during xmas eve. The facility and amenity are clean and new.

We picked this hotel for its location and rating. The hotel is just off the major street. Close to dining and transportation, but a slightly quieter area. All the hotel staff were beyond friendly and helpful. From the desk, to breakfast, to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, our bedding comfortable, bath was roomy and well stocked. Americans will want to bring washcloth. The breakfast was of very nice quality with enough variety for a several days stay. My complaint ? No handrail at the entry to desk stairs and pictures on the room walls would be nice.

Excellent service, comfortable, clean, good breakfast included. Great for solo traveller. Good location within walking distance to Duomo, apart from noisy road and rooms a bit stuffy. Could open window but then very noisy.

It was great location

This a small older hotel in a good location within 12minute walk of some of Milan’s main attractions and good restaurants nearby. The hotel was apparently closed during August for renovations, and they were not yet finished during my stay. There was a problem with hot water, electricity and A/C, and there were workers and equipment in only elevator. And of course, it was noisy, machinery and traffic. I have stayed in several hotels that are undergoing renovations, and it can be unpleasant. It would be great to know about this ahead of arrival date in order to change hotel location, if possible. However, the staff was excellent and did address each issue as it came along.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and roooms were clean.
