Hotel et Résidence Esbly

The surrounding area was run down and desolated.We didn’t even check into the hotel. Our Uber driver didn’t even want to leave us there. We were unable to contact staff to get a refund because nobody picked up the phone.

Brilliant hotel

The staff here was very friendly. However the hotel just wasn’t clean I had to move rooms a total of 3 times before I was placed in a room where the bedding was clean. The first room I was in had hair, and nails in the bed. The second room they tried to give me had a bunch of stains on the sheets. Then finally I was put in a room that had clean bedding. Also the mattresses in the room was stained. The carpet in my first room was also stained and didn’t seem vacuumed Overall it just felt really dirty. Also there is no bus stops or anything close by. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good budget hotel to stay

The room was very small for 3 people. Carpets where dirty and started to become threat bare. and the walls where stained. Toilet was really dirty. All but one member of staff was helpful and kind. There was Someone outside that looked like they where eyeing up the cars. I told a member if staff about the man who was just standing looking at the cars but he dident seem interested. He said it's ok We have security cameras. But it was dark and the camera's wouldn't have picked nothing up. I would not stay there again even tho it was cheap. 195 pound for 4 nights

Stayed one night as had gone to Disneyland with a friend and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a Disney hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was small but cosy - absolutely fine for a night or two.

10min to disneyland, small bathroom, but for that money(49£) its OK

Comfortable, but not cosy. The reception though was very good Toufiq and Julie were very helpful.

serene atmosphere ,staff were very helpful,even though i dont speak French they understood my gestures
