Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

Food - Great. Recommend steak house at golf club. Service - servers are hard working and wonderful people. However, improvements are needed at main pool operations. We waited for 40minutes and after three requests to have someone take our order. Room - bed and beddings need upgrade. Our room didn’t get clean after the first night. Facilities - great ground keeping and overall beautiful Spa - massages were great but the facility is not impressive. Jacuzzi, pool, showers, steam room were all small so if there’s four people at a time, it feels crowded.

This place is amazing and I can't wait to go back. Don't let the "all inclusive" label scare you off, this is like no other all inclusive I've ever stayed. The food was all prepared as we ordered it and was high quality, not the buffet style stuff you typically think of when you think of an all inclusive. Tazuna was one of our favorites, sushi/fish, although their food court offered up something for everyone whether you want a smoothie, macaroon, crepe, a stone oven pizza, taco, you name it they have it. The pool on the cliff was the best and the whales were on display every day. 10 out of 10 for sure and if you golf think pebble beach... awesome course.

I have been to Tj and Rosarito before but never been to Mexico as a couple. Once we arrived to the Main Lobby to check in, we met Jonathan Ortega who was our VIP ambassador. He has such a friendly personality and for sure the highlight of our trip. He took the customer service to a whole another level and upgraded our suit and even arranged a little Champaign/ Margarita surprise in our room! Now I know why everyone in their review are talking about the guy - It's because the guy is just amazing! Foods and drinks are amazing and all included in AI package and we just paid tips. Mojitos in particular are very good and nothing like the drinks I've had before. My favorite spot of the resort is the sky pool and the Market Place but all restaurants are amazing. I wasn't so sure if travel during pandemic is the best decision but all staff here wore mask and shield and were taking every precautions imaginable so I felt safe staying there. Overall an excellent experience.

This is a time share property, so they heavily push that on guests at check in. I never would have booked this Room if it was indicated that they expected me to do tours. Unfortunately It says I can’t make changes without loosing money. If I can get reimbursed and book a hotel elsewhere, I’d prefer that. This property is so large, that it’s needed to wait for golf carts to get around. Not an enjoyable stay so far. I wish ur website was more honest on which properties are hotels without the time share demands. I wouldn’t rely on hotels.com for actual info going forward.

Older property. Jonathan my ViP host was great but rest of staff was mostly rude or uninterested besides the drivers. My room was very noisy with people partying all nite and staff would not do anything about it. They also would not allow outside taxis into property to go into town and instead up charges their taxis 5x the normal rates. All the rides inside property were free but a ride to the entry gate was $10-$15 if you had a Uber waiting there for you. Rip off. Food was awful mostly. I would not recommend.

Beautiful place. The only draw back was you can’t swim in the ocean. The rip tide is way to strong plus the waves are huge. The good news is their sister resort has a nice beach and you can swim there. Free shuttle

The staff was amazing jonathan our personal ambassador was a true brand ambassador he went above and beyond to meet and excede our expectations this is a true world class resort

omg what an experience! This place is as magical as it looks in pictures. Upon arrival the staff was already expecting us, the check in process was very fast and easy. We we're upgraded at no extra charge to an executive suite with the perfect view. The amenities make it even better -although the place is so huge they move you around in golf carts they were always super quick to pick us up. The sky pool and buffet were my FAVORITE!!! Definitely returning next year!

Our stay was amazing! Jonathon at the vip desk was great to work with and made us feel very welcome! The whole property was really clean and our room was perfect!
