Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim

The property looks nice in the pictures but the room was smaller than expected. We had no Wifi which made our time there horrible with our boys ,the stove didn't work when I tried to make breakfast in the morning it was super disappointing considering there grab to go breakfast down stairs was no good either . We are definitely never going back there it's not worth it if they don't even care to make it right. When I told the lady at check out what had happened she didn't even apologize 😡

After my main reservation cancel on the las minute, Expedia took action to this really good resort and went from a bad experience to a really good one with the new relocation for my family. Looking toward staying here more often once Disney reopens again thanks STAYBRIDGE 👌👌👌

Came to get out of the heat. COVID has the breakfast buffet closed but the pack up bags of food for you. They make waffles, toast bagels, have smaller breakfast burritos, ceareal boxes, fruits, yogurt coffee and juice. They let you take multiples of any no questions asked and pack in a bag food you. I think it’s as good as it will get with out taking away breakfast in general like other hotels. They have a bar at the pool as well with table and chairs :-) We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite has a sofa bed, one room with 2 queen beds, one room with king bed and sofa bed. Full kitchen with full fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and utensils to cook! Loving room has DVD player and my kids brought their PS4 and hooked it up I. Their room easily to use for games and movie also. $12/ day parking Hope this helps

Both the hotel and the staff were amazing. We reserved a 2 bed / 2 bath suite. It was perfect size with a living room and a great little kitchen. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We spent most of the days relaxing in the pool and enjoying the AC in the suite. I was an awesome and relaxing little stay-cation.

There is something truly wonderful about this hotel... The STAFF! Thank you for your kindness, your daily smile-filled greetings and your dedication to customer service. A special thank you to Pam at the front office for helping me coordinate my daughter's challenging move to college from the east coast. Pam's professionalism and courtesies far exceeded my expectations. And as a result, I will certainly be back to stay for all of my future visits.

We as a family had a great experience even with everything going on with rhis pandemic the personal was very courteous and polite. To me this has been one of my top hotels so far amazing customer service.

We appreciated the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was convenient for our family. The kitchen was also nice. Breakfast was a different setup because of Covid but the staff was very patient and helpful. Hotel was a great value.
