Hotel Subur

Subur is in a great location, close to all bars restaurants and amenities. Very friendly staff, from front desk, restaurant and cleaning personnel. Seaview room offered splendid views and was very peaceful with terrace doors closed. Overall would recommend on price, location, friendliness and cleanliness!

Staff friendly. Good breakfast selection ( including gluten free). Rooms a bit tired and basic but clean and great location. Excellent value for money. Would stay here again without hesitation

Iv stayed at this hotel many times and it’s ben ok for what you pay but this time it was terrible They put me in. room 318 a little horrible room right at the end of the corridor in the 3rd floor it was old and run down and smelt not so good The bed was the Most uncomfortable bed Iv ever slept in and the pillows were terrible all resulting in me having a bad back and neck for the last 2 days. And I also left a T-shirt there that I’d folded and put on the bed then forgot to pack back in to my case and didn’t realise until I was half way home so I called them and it’s not 2 days later and i’m still waiting for a reply from them to say they have it at first they said they didn’t until I said I know it’s there I even know where it was left on the bed so now there looking in to it so we will see if I get it back because it’s definitely there

Really good size room and value for money. I had a side room penthouse which gave me 2 king size beds and a very large balcony with sunbeds and coffee table and chairs for two. Walls a bit thin so you could easily hear the people next door but my neighbours were relatively quiet.

Great hotel and central location. It’s cheap and comfortable. Seconds from the seafront and with a good restaurant and bar for all to use. I have stayed here a number of times and would highly recommend

What a shame for the entire period we did not have internet connection, so we had to use our own phone data, which cost us. It wasn’t until we were checking out that we were told they were waiting on a new supplier. A simple notice in the lift and at the desk would have been helpful. Room very clean and made up every day by the cleaner. Overall for the price now being charged and the rooms looking a bit dated now, we think it maybe time somewhere different. What shame. No service recovery was offered on having no internet connection for our entire stay.

Great service, great location across the street from the beach, lots of restaurant near by.
