Comfort Suites Dulles Airport

I know we are in Covid but the hallway smelled disgusting like poop to be honest. We went down to request bath towels and the guy gave us a hand towel and a rubber mat for the tub. We went down again to request towels and he gave us to wash rags. The pool is not open And there was no breakfast. We know for a fact that there are other hotels there that had the pool open and a breakfast of type even if it was only a microwave sandwich. They said on their sign they were in stage two of the Covid and I know for a fact they were in Stage three. All of Virginia went to stage three. I was wondering did they not do this so they wouldn’t have to do breakfast or open the pool or anything? We have stayed here before and it was nice. We will never stay here again

I like the comfort and easy process. Very nice hotel.

Hotel was clean and a quiet place. What brought down the score for me was the bed was very hard and not easy to fall asleep. Curtains did nothing to keep out the light. The bathtub felt like standing on the side of a mountain. The shower head sprayed all over.

Nice and clean. Friendly personnel by check in and out.

Love comfort inn and suites. Will def choose these hotels again. Left Chantilly and went to west palm beach and stayed in another comfort inn and again it did not disappoint. Loved my stay there

Nice hotel. Room wasn’t exactly as advertised. Beds were fulll, not queen. Room definitely wasn’t as big as the one pictured in Expedia. Otherwise it was nice, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was tasty. Pool was nice.

I had a decent night's stay at this hotel. We booked it to stay for a night before a flight. Our first room smelled overpoweringly like air freshener. We went to the front desk and he was very helpful, and swapped us into a new room. The new room still had the air freshener smell but was bearable. The elevators don't have heat on the interiors. They also had the weird air freshener smell. The indoor pool area needed some attention. There was a bloody band-aid on the pool deck, and a melted candy bar being swarmed by ants. Overall the place was nice and the staff was kind. But I don't think if stay here again, the air freshener smell was very overpowering.

The inside of the hotel was very clean but the outside there was a lot of trash around the entrance and the parking lot. The night management was very rude to me and my wife when we checked in. I have since talked to the general manager of the hotel and he assured me that he would talk to the young man.

Room was suppose to be a suit but a very congested room was given.
