Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan - All Inclusive

We stayed there for 7 nights and the hotel is being remodeled. Two nights the air conditioning stop working; the first night they put us in another room for the night and then we returned the next day to our room; two days later the same thing but since it happened at 2 am we felt the discomfort in our room. Since its by the ocean you can imagine the warmth it felt. They kindly apologize the day Before we left. The hotel is nice and the rooms have being renewed, the food is great an the restaurant that you have to pay extra “casa 46” it’s worth the price and the trip to the place. The beach is very noisy with some local band playing music and there’s always vendors and people asking for money, which it’s not very nice. The service and staff are great, and the food it’s also great, but not many choices on the premises even though you can go to the other hotel but it’s a long drive. Overall I hope when they are done with the remodeling it’s going to be a nice choice.

The locations off this property is close to everything , the hotel stuff very helpful, their restaurants were very clean , good food and again great service. We loved it, we will definitely go back to Pueblo bonito Mazatlan on our next visit!!

The hotel room was excellent. Modern and clean. The balcony view was nice, both bathrooms were well stocked everyday. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent. Happy with the all inclusive stay. The armonía spa was also excellent, downside that it was located about 20 mins away at another hotel. But well worth the taxi drive.

Great location, it was right there by ocean with beautiful sun set view, just magnificent!

Everything was great except the remodeling of the hotel, the side we were at. Workers stared to work at 8:30 am. Even though I have to say they upgrade our room but it was still on the same side where the remodel was taking place 😕

Nice area, nice beach, clean all throughout. It was under construction and it was not disclosed at the time of booking, service in general was weak, servers were upset or less then committed, the hotel insisted on selling us a time share, called room service and it never arrived, reported the issue but was never address by management, spa discount was accepted but was intentionally forgotten at the time of appointment set up, at the time off payment and at checkout, we keep reminding them to apply the discount. COVID contingency was excellent.

The property was very nice and clean. Staff is super welcoming and helpful. Place is under construction so a bit noisy at times. Onsite food option is very limited.

My stay was a great experience from the very beginning. I’m already recommending Pueblo Bonito with all the people. I’m planning a company bussiness trip next year and I’ll consider your hotel as the right location. The list of gold star services goes from the people in the parking area, receptionists, concierge, Mariana taking care of my suite, the guys at the swimming pool specially Lorenzo and Mr Antonio. The quality of the food is outstanding in all the restaurants Thank you for this great experience

I have been staying at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan for a few years now and it is by far one of the best resorts in Mazatlan. Love this place, from the new upgrades, the pool, the amazing food and most importantly the great staff from the front desk, the pool area, and the famous Cilantro restaurant. This place blows everything away. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
