I first arrived and noticed i was charged 150.00 higher than my my booking confirmation. Lexie was the front desk associate and would not listen that my reservation was paid for. Charges are not clearly listed. You will pay for parking daily with tax. Resort fee with tax.. before i knew it i was charged over 800.00 dollars for two nights.
Everthing was great but they are charging for parking but waived ours. That wasnt online
Blood on kitchen wall hard bed cobb webs where housekeeping isn't doing all the job and hitting important spots refrigerator was dirty, i've stayed here before and i've enjoyed it but this time wasn't so lucky!! don't stay in Richmond Park 16c
Very good experience, if I had to say I didn't like anything it was the 10 for self parking. I feel like if Im your guest paying over $200 for one night I shouldn't have to pay to park. Other than that the room was very clean. The ocean view was great. The condo was stocked with everything you could need. I truly enjoy KINGSTON RESORTS. They took every precaution to keep us safe during covid. And it wasn't pack with people. Almost everyone I encountered as far as guest had on mask. All employees had on mask.
The room was nice. The parking was reimbursed but the air conditioner or something was so loud my sleep was ruined
First and foremost, my husband and I stayed last weekend there. Before going, the prices wete confirmed via telephone with a lady, not sure if it was Crystal or not. That's whovi spoked to prior to staying. I remember Crystal promising us breakfast passes, since when we booked, it stated we were supposed to have free breakfast and so forth. Well we didn't get it. Before getting there to check in, we called and the price was confirmed as it was the same amount stated online. So, once we got there, we were told we had to pay and extra 20 sonething for parking and 100 more would be for incidental and taxes and fees. I was upset right then as well as my husband and started to leave. Ive never experienced that before. Ive stayed at better locations and has never paid thst much in fees and never to park. It wasnt worth that at ALL...We were told if we didnt use any anenities, we would get our money back, what we didnt use. Once we called after checking out i was told someone should have explained to us how it goes. He said because if we wanted the incidental money back, we should of paid separately. Thats the most dumbest thing ever heard. Then, I asked to speak to supervisor and he was just as worst...He said i should of told the people not to take this and that. I said, how would i when i dont know. They didnt settle our issue and gave us $20.00 back and we werent able to use many amenities due to all the renovations. We'll NEVER stay there AGAIN! Was supposed to have taking size bed,more like a queen size frame with a full size mattress.Ac made some much noise was hard to sleep,and now they charge an extra $50 per day,for who knows what.Won't be back,and orbitz never got back to me when i tried to talk with them .Very unhappy,would not recommend either
This was my fourth time staying at Kingston plantation so I’m no stranger to the property. On this particular stay during COVID-19 I was extremely dissatisfied. Upon checking in, the room was not ready for over an hour. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a text message once my room was ready and I never did. The line was not too long but they the staff move extremely slow dragging out the process. It’s almost like they wait around as if their doing something on their computer to pick the particular guest they would like to assist if that makes any sense. Meanwhile after finally checking in to my villa the key didn’t work causing yet another trip in line. After about an additional 45 minutes we finally checked in and there it was... a FULL size bed. I was beyond livid. Reservations were clearly for a king bed and the hotel did NOTHING but issue a $50 credit to their on-sight restaurant. The fees were doubled the amount given by hotels.com and when I asked about it I was told well most other hotels charge way more!!! APPALLING
Neighbors screamed and cursed till 3 am. Called front desk three times and nothing was done about it. In the morning all the hotel did was say sorry.
