Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf & Spa Resort

Breakfast is very very expensive and bad quality coffee cost $6 more then anyway. The stole our clothing from the water machine and when we complained the hotel stuff told us there is kids coming from the street and create this what a sham for a hotel not to have cameras and no security no valet parking no bel boy wait 2 hours for towels to be delver to you’re door cleaning lady super rude and not professional.

Overall great experience!!! Would like come back and spend couple more days

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and excellent service! I had an issue with the heat in my room and they sent up an engineer to fix it immediately. I have zero complaints about this Sheraton. As a matter of fact they even upgraded my view without my asking! I will be back for sure.

The hotel has a new building and an old building. Our reservation didn't specify, and they gave us a room at the old building. It's like any other old hotel in the country. In the morning we went out to the buffet breakfast only to learn there is no buffet, and they didn't even register we had paid for breakfast. I had to go speak with a reservations agent so they could confirm. Lots to be desired for a hotel like this.

This was my first time at the Sheraton. The hotel is beautiful, service was great the only bad thing was that the carpet in my room was awful. It has way too many dirty spots and no small spots big spots. The other situation was that there was sugar aunts in my room. My baby is taking medicine and usually kids medicine have flavors and next day the entire container was cover so we have to put the medicine inside the refrigerator. Overall stayed was great. Great customer service great view. The room was clean I just expected a room from the Sheraton to have better carpets but that’s my opinion

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have to leave the property for anything. A well deserved getaway for me and my husband.

The facility is nice, older but updated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We only spent one night for medical care needs. Being older, and my wife with a suppressed immune system, we were first comforted by signage that said masks were required in the lobby and elevators. We were very concerned that customers refused to comply with that requirement. I understand the difficult position that staff have in requiring guests to consider the needs of others (something that should have been instilled at an earlier age). They do so with 'shoes and shirts', 'no smoking', 'no pets', etc. But this is a 'political' issue for some and a direct health threat to others, such as ourselves. It left us with a bad feeling from an otherwise pleasant stay.

First I would like to say this is rare review that i am giving. It was for my anniversary. the overall look of the hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and what we asked for. the few issues we had was that our room (2114) was next to an extremely loud Air Conditioner. It made a very loud grating noise that you can hear all through the night and day. The bar near the room had a very friendly atmosphere and great for cocktails. But the next day me and my wife observed a worker carrying a tray of cooked shrimp to the bar uncovered and on a cart that also had boxed supplies on it which I'm sure was a health code violation. The staff was very friendly but we probably wont come back.

It was a really nice resort and we had a blast. It’s away from front beach and all the hustle and bustle and secluded with a private beach that reminds u of being on a island in the Bahamas now the water isn’t Bahamas clear but that is just pcb water. The room was very nice and had a huge tv in it. I sss disappointed with the quality of the bedding and mattress they were truly horrible for somewhere that looks as nice as many all inclusive vacation resorts. Other than the bed was crappy and sheets were of no quality at all which very very disappointing bc the one thing u want to do after a long day at the beach k is crawl in a comfortable bed with sheets with some thread count at least and not like paper. However the vacation as a whole was great and I’d highly recommend the sharaton bc it’s beautiful peaceful and has all the amenities of a fine resort except the bed!!
