Comfort Suites Texarkana

Beds were not very comfortable and the bathrooms were a bit dated. The couch is a single fold out not a double. Overall all I thought the cleanliness was fair but I didn’t let my kids sit in the tub (if you know what I mean).

The workers were incredibly kind and friendly. The facility, not so much. The walls and doors have chipped paint, the tubs and sinks were gross. My whole family itched through the night, and took out flashlights to make sure it wasn’t bugs. Thankfully it wasn’t; just poorly cleaned sheets. We have stayed many places in Texarkana and wanted to try somewhere new. This will not be a place we revisit.

The rooms upkeep was unsatisfactory.

The room and property had a musty smell. Upon entering the room, there was a can of febreeze left on the bed. The refrigerator was leaking a white liquid in the floor. I pulled the blankets back and there was a hair in the bed. Not a clean place but they did give me a refund.

Not bad if you’re not spending much time in the room. Idk if the a/c in the lobby/hallway was broke but it was hot af.

Bathtub wasn’t cleaned. Someone’s hair was in the tub. White Stains on the navy blue couch. Bed is comfortable. The hand sanitizer by the elevator smelled rancid. Paint in the doors was pealing off. Not a good look. They did have free mini bottles of water which was nice. Plenty of towels

Everything was fine except the Handicapped handheld shower didn't have any way to hook it to the wall--hook was broken. Coffee maker was there, but there was no tray in it to make coffee..especially important with no breakfast/coffee available.

This hotel was really gross. Our room looked like it was undergoing a renovation - holes in the wall and ceiling, missing lights, no phone, things taped off in the bathroom. The curtains were crooked and looked like they could fall, the bathroom door got locked with no one inside (maintenance had to come unlock it). I don’t know if all rooms were this way, but room 108 was super scuzzy. Also, free breakfast was supposed to be included and was in my confirmation email, but due to Covid there was no breakfast (understandable but should have been clearly stated in confirmation). There are better options in Texarkana and it’s worth paying a little more.

The bed was nasty it had hair all in it...there was spot on the sheets...there was water all over the floor ..I went down to get other room it was nasty too ..so just had to get a refund

staff was fine checking us in got to our room AC wasn't working properly no sheets or blankets for pull out couch mold in the bathroom dirty panties behind the bed and worst of all bed bugs informed the staff early the next morning as we were leaving, she was very apoligetic. Left our name & number to have her manager call.. never received a call
