Excellent service , beautiful gardens and very good shuttle service to and from the center . Would have been even better if breakfast was included.

Excellent property. They were so nice to give us a room upgrade for our honeymoon. Perfect location. Room was outstanding. Clean and comfortable. The gardens are amazing. Restaurant is 5 star quality. Thank you!

I loved the location, which was a 1/2 mile walk from the city center and old town areas to explore. The beautiful gardens surrounding it were amazing. Our favorite was the bar, and the the young singer there at the piano bar on tuesday and thursday nights. Her 40s-style music was captivating, the drinks were perfect, and even the bar food was scrumptious! The hotel management was so helpful when we had a problem with our rental car, and took great pains to help us. They also have a bus going into town once every hour, which was super great. Our room was very comfortable. We loved our stay, and Aix en Provence.

Loved the property, gardens, pool and restaurant. We wish the shuttle to city center ran a bit later in the evening.

A wonderful relaxing place to stay 10 minute walk form the centre

I’ve marked the condition low as the lift is tiny and antiquated, it also broke down during our stay. The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful, however we asked for a restaurant reservation and it hadn’t been made when we arrived. The room was bright and clean. We stayed late September and the weather in the evening was a little chilly, but they wanted people to eat at the outside bar. They did serve us inside eventually. It is a 5 minute shuttle bus into Aix and the taxi on the return had a minimum charge, which was a bit frustrating. We had the breakfast each day which was good but quite expensive, try and get an inclusive deal if possible.

Beautiful hotel and grounds.....with being close to the town center! Had a wonderful stay.......especially enjoyed the live music at the outdoor bar on our last evening....magical!

This hotel was beautiful and picturesque! The pool was wonderful and the service was great. I would love to return one day!

The staff at the hotel were fantastic,Hugh looked after us when we were at the pool and nothing was to much trouble for him ,,Etienne was great at the restaurant and helped us with ordering,,the restaurant staff were all fantastic,,my only complaint would be that the bar was very slow and we waited for long periods to be served ,,I would book to come back .
