Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Bratislava

Terrible breakfast and unfriendly staff in the restaurant. The room was with the square view but the windows could not be fully open and due to the thickness of the walls just a small part of the square was visible. The equipment is little bit worn. There was an empty minibar in the room! Very averange hotel but cheap.

The staff were lovely, location was fantastic, the room we’d booked was specifically for the view, but it was really small.. but then again it’s probably what to expect in Europe. Otherwise it was great, would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting :)

Fantastic hotel and friendly helpful staff

Beautiful hotel in prime location, lovely check in ladies on reception, nice clean restaurant with bundles of food and huge selection. I however wasn’t impressed with the room cleanliness as although the room was presented clean and tidy on arrival, I was very disappointed on day two, glasses not cleaned, bathroom was left as though no cleaning was done, bed looked like it was thrown together. Even the cups weren’t washed or replaced. There was lots of dust on windowsills, some cracks in the walls and coving needed attention. On day three the room was spotless so maybe day two’s cleaner was in a hurry.see photos of room.

It was perfect in every way. Great staff, clean, comfortable, and well located. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Good hotel in great location. Big rooms but for some reason small and narrow Queen-size beds than usually, looks strange in these big rooms. Would expect softer toilet paper and better smelling towels

This hotel was beautiful, best pillows and so pet friendly. The new mirror bar is amazing. Room service ok. Food ok.

We had an amazing stay with a fantastic food option at their Restaurant. Extremely convenient to most of Bratislava attractions with easy walk and public transport options.Brilliant and friendly staff too.

Large shower towels not available at cleaning time Tv guide system not user friendly no schedule of programs available, certain local programs falling out of service

The hotel was very nice, the staff was polite and helpful. I loved our room, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaniliness was to high standard. The breakfast was excellent.
