Stay was fine. It was just a pit stop on a two day drive, so we were just there to sleep. The ladies at check in were very nice. The hotel is clean, it just seems a little tired. Could probable use an update. Quiet & comfortable and a good price for our needs.

The check in process was easy and friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable for a much needed good night rest from being on the road all day.

We had made it to the hotel hour early tried to check in and it was no have wait hour.We explained we were going to an event .No attempt to check us in early-felt they acted like we were bothering them.Second I realize that we were early but the parking lot was empty so I find it hard to believe there was not a room available.Any other hotels we have stayed at let us check in early or at least try .So poor service

I have a mixed review. I don’t usually do reviews, unless it’s an excellent one. But with the price, & other reviews I read, I had to write one. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a small dog so we were put on ground floor, which is fine, but unfair to non-smokers. Although it says smoke-free property, the room smelled of smoke due to people smoking outside our window. We were also next to the laundry room & they ran the dryers at 4am. Otherwise, the room was decent, other than the damp feeling carpet. We went to get the bagged breakfast they offer & the woman behind the counter was very rude. She yelled at us, & others, to sanitize our hands, even though we don’t touch anything. We all had masks on. They had very little left, including waters, at 9am, On a Saturday, even though it runs until 11am. She got annoyed when my children had to think for a minute what they wanted instead. We left with 2 watered down juice cartons. I truly hate complaining but I was hoping for a much better experience...

Friendly desk & house keeping staff. The breakfast staff packed to go bags for me & my girls since we missed breakfast. Room was clean, beds were comfortable & no problem bringing our dog. Easy in, easy out.

The toilet was clogged upon arrival. There was no soap for hand washing. The front staff was friendly.

Very nice 1 night stay here. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and the shower had awesome water pressure. I would definitely stay again.

Our bathroom was less clean than expected. It was also extremely humid and the sheets and blankets felt wet all night. Covid guidelines were not followed in the pool area and hallways and no one seemed to be enforcing the guidelines within the hotel. Grab and go breakfast was a big disappointment as a softball team literally wiped the whole thing out before 8:30am.

Service was wonderful! The food at the Fireside Restaurant And Lounge was wonderful next door.. I highly recommend that restaurant. Eric was fabulous!

Hotel room was hygienic and spotless. Very confident re: CoVid stay there. Offered water at desk with cold or room temperature!! Bagged breakfasts available. Paid fee for my dog to be there: do doggie door to the room! Very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable and linen was beautifully luxurious. I ve stayed at 5 star hotels in NYC. This was comparable. Congratulations!
