The Market Urban Hotel

The hotel is in a great location close to all major attractions. The rooms are great, spacious and very modern. The hotels best possession was Giovanni he was the best and a true gem. nothing was too much for him. He was always smiling, everyday he would ask if there was anything else he could do, to make our stay more comfortable. Giovanni thank you so much for everything. You were amazing. Would definitely come back and stay at the hotel due to the way Giovanni treated us.

Location is perfect, staff could not be more helpful, hotel room was a good size. The parking arrangement they have is simple and this is important in Florence, costs up to 30 euros for the night but other options are far more expensive. you need to stop just shy of the hotel and more the barriers they have if you miss the hotel and drive past you will have to complete another circuit of the block.

A thoroughly fantastic stay with service going above and beyond. Friendly staff throughout from the reception to the bar to the cleaning staff. Little add ons contributed to positive stay with an early breakfast pack prepared for our early departure helping us on our way

Stayed for 2 nights in feb .Perfect location. Within mins walk to SMV station and main attractions in Florence. Very nice touch for hotel to provide welcome drinks every night during the stay. Breakfast was decent as well. Rooms are newly renovated but a little tiny- expected. Will stay again.

Good location, comfort, Good reception especially kind lady

The rooms are preety good,comfortable, clean and smell very well, but the smell at the enterence and in the elevator of the hotel was bad. The breakfest was not varied at all, but again, in general, i would reccomend this hotel.

From the minute i entered the front door of the hotel until the minute i left the staff were so welcoming, attentive, helpful and genuinely pleased to see you. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had on the european continent with choices to suit every dietary requirement. Its 4 minutes walk to the main train station and 5 minutes to the main attractions.

The staff are all awesome! Special thanks to Cris who have been super nice. All receptionist are very helpful. A very clean and comfy hotel to stay. Perfect location.
