Great links into the city
The room was generally nice, although there was a make-up stain on my pillow on the first night. Great location to the number 2 tram stop which takes you right into the city.

People at the reception are polite and friendly. I didn’t find it too clean since I asked them to change the bed sheets because they were with a big yellow stain abs they look dirty and they didn’t do anything about ... bad customer service

It was ok, good bed, bad view on trash, not perfect cleaning, a bit noisy sometimes, expensive coffee/tea, nice staff, convenient room but the Italian shower wasn't convenient, the soaps smelled good, there were air conditioning, radiator and fan
