We were told no rooms were available due to power outage

We had 3 different rooms. The first one had stains on the sheets and pillows. The second room didn't have any light bulbs only in the bathroom and it was urine in the toilet. I went around and asked her for another room and asked are the rooms really being cleaned. She gave us a third room it has stains on the sheets. I told my boyfriend I give up and we will not come back.

Room was filthy. Linens didn't appear to have been changed from previous customer. Did not notice until we returned to the room late and turned down the bed. Had to be moved to a different room at 11 p.m.

While I was waiting in line to check in the guy in front complained about a room - they moved him 3 times because the air conditioner didn't work in any of the rooms. He then said two of the rooms were filthy. He wanted his money back and they said no - they'd move him to a fourth room. They were NOT customer friendly. The lobby and shared areas were so dirty and smelled. I'm sorry to say the girl working the front desk did not look clean herself, and was rude. We had prepaid through Hotels.com, but I walked out after watching the interaction and if the rooms looked like the outside of the building, the workers and the common areas - I know I would not have felt satisfied. I walked out and went down the street about 3 blocks on the other side of the highway - we paid for another room at a new hotel that cost only $10 more - it was new, clean and professional. I was okay losing money on my prepaid Days Inn room because I could not be in such a dirty place. Disappointing.

The bed was really comfortable!!! The shower was nice.

This place gets 1 star. Our room had Stained sheets, hair in bathroom, dirty windows, smelled like urine. The bed spread was torn. There were a lot of “residents” living on the property.

We requested a pet room because our truck was going in the shop; when we checked in from booking online they tried to charge my husband's card twice instead of bothering to find his booking in their system. They put us in a non pet room king sized bed. We stayed in that room one night because the people staying above us decided to flood the bathroom that leaked through the floor in the room we were staying. They moved us one door down, still not in a pet room. Their pet fee is outrageous and they didn't even offer us a cdl discount!!! We ended up being their a whole week. The rooms were not up to par as far as cleanliness goes. And we had to ask housekeeping several times for clean towels. By the way, the owners are scared to death of dogs. We asked housekeeping to come in and change the bedding about half way through our week; it took them three hours to get one of their house keeping girls to come in and spend 15 minutes changing the bedding and they wouldn't even put clean blankets on the bed. I don't think they keep extra blankets or sheets in supply for this place. My husband had to go to the front desk and ask for a blanket for our bed because housekeeping stopped the bed and only left us a sheet. Very shady area to stay. A lot of crackheads and druggies hangout in the adult novelty store parking lot at knight time; there's always needles all over that parking lot! Only plus side was the Denny's down the block was a dine in and open for seating.

Rooms could be cleaner. Has dining close by and shopping centers a well. We've been here all week because our truck is in the shop..staff is fairly friendly; just watch your billing statements, they have tendency to charge you twice when booking online. We had to switch rooms by our second day because the roof was leaking over our bed in room 108. The people above us were loud all night. The people next to us decided run the shower most of the night and it was so loud through the walls it felt like we were standing in their shower with them. If you're out and about, be extra careful..we walked to Denny's the other night and on the backside of the adult novelty store, their were syringes everywhere. There seems to be several "druggies" and "wanna be homeless" people who come out at night time in this area; very sketchy. And the pet fee is ridiculous!

My stay was ok it was just me and my woman it was a peaceful getaway from the world outside the room...lol...but I thought it was a nice place to stay at
