The manger was very helpful and upgrade my room to the king room, i was trying to Reserve but i couldn't. And i had a very nice nice weekend with my man. I will be back.

Nice location and conveniently located near the airport

Police we're in the Hotel dealing with a guest when I got there. 😮 breakfast the next morning was junk! Very little to choose from and not very appetizing! Did not eat there. Other AmericInns I have stayed in were a lot better.

The room was clean and comfortable. However it seemed as though maybe it was thrown together last minute. Half of the coffee maker was gone, so I couldn't make coffee. And even if I could, there were no cups! I called the front desk and they said if I wanted them I would have to come down and get them myself. I also called ahead of time about having my service dog there and they said it was no problem, but when I checked out in the morning, the Supervisor woman told me they have a no pets policy and that I should have more paperwork regarding my SERVICE dog if I expected to be able to stay there again. I was very disappointed by their customer service. The room itself was fine, the jacuzzi was lovely, and the bed was comfortable.

Very pleasant. Only issue was ants in the room.

There is an issue. It states on hotels.com that this hotel is pet friendly. It is not. My dog had to stay in my vehicle. Very disappointing.

Quick check in, staff introduced herself. Spent little time at hotel.

The staff was very polite and check-in was very quick and simple. The room however was a different story. The HVAC unit worked for about 30 seconds every 10-15 minutes. Took all night to bring the temp down from 78*. The bedding/sheets felt like I was sleeping in a burlap sack. The pillows were more like old throw pillows which didn't provide much comfort or neck support. The mattress was more like sleeping on a concrete slab. Aside from being woken up by the insanely slow elevator, the property remained quiet for the most part.

The hotel was clean. No problems at check in. Breakfast was good, there was some variety. The location was good. We had no problems with our stay.

Dirty towels within bathtub. Covered with some weird substance. The door we entered through we had to walk through smokers. By back door there was also a cup full of cig butts
