Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites San Francisco Airport

The room was decent. It looked like it was up to date, so that was nice. It was a little surprising that it had no microwave because we’ve stayed in a lot of other places that were a lot less $$, and even THOSE had a microwave. Other than that, it was pretty good.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful but the hotel, overall, left something to be desired. We had to switch rooms twice during our one night stay. First, the door did not latch when we first arrived so they moved us to another room. Second, after a long day, we got back to our room, unpacked, and attempted to shower. The shower did not work so we had to pack all of our stuff and move to another room late at night. The front desk staff were very helpful during both moves but overall, it is not something you want to experience after a long day of travel when you want to shower and sleep.

The hotel was nice with a small sink area with counter since we had baby bottles to clean. The rooms had hardwood floors which was nice since carpets are usually full of dirt. Overall a good place to stay.

I wasn’t told I would have to pay for parking, the front offered me a pass and I agreed then checking out they told told me they’d keep the deposit and would charge me for parking. Pillows were so soft and sucked. No housekeeping, if you need towels you have to go to the lobby to get them. Terrible lighting in the room, sucked getting ready with no light.

Hotel is The hallway leading to the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.

The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly

It was a great hotel & reasonably priced. I look forward to staying again.
