Comfort Inn & Suites Texas Hill Country

VERY Clean every thing, extremely comfortable stay. The entire facility smelled clean but not like air freshener. The room was generous sized; upholstery clean. A puff-quilted down--alternative quilt on top of a great mattress made the bed feel luxurious. The shampoo and conditioner were a refreshing, subtle citrus mint scent. We stayed in an accesible room, with roll in shower and an easy to use shower head, a big deal if your hands are stiff. Breakfast offered a thoughtfully wide choice even though pandemic cautions meant no hot buffet. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check in process was easy and contact-free. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Really clean room

Stay was great. Only issue was crowded parking lot on Friday evening when we arrived at 10:30 pm.

Enjoyed my stay until the morning of my departure. Found a bill for ice cream from the gift shop had been slide under my door. When I went to check out I told them that I did not buy anything from the gift shop and I wanted the charge removed. The guy at the counter said he could not because he would have to ask the person who bought the ice cream if they had given the wrong room number. I was traveling alone, so no one from my room bought the ice cream. What I don't understand is how someone can charge something to a room with just them saying they are in a certain room. That person was believed, but when I said I did not make the purchase I was not. It was only $3.25, but it juts is not right that a person can charge something to a room without having to prove they are indeed staying in that room.

Well located, easy access, good parking, nice breakfast and 11:00AM check out.

Great location with easy access to I-10. Friendly staff and the hotel and rooms were extremely nice for the price. Only 1 negative was that the carpet needs to be deep cleaned as my daughter had the bottoms of her feet turn black after 20 mins of being in the room. Will recommend others to stay here.

Except customer service, nice staff And Super clean

Very easy to access from the highway. Coffee, groceries and dining options very close by. Two different front desk staff NOT wearing masks and the clerk blurted out my room number when checking me in. Always a no no. The room was large and clean.

Not so good, front desk was unprofessional.

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was overall fine despite them currently remodeling. There was a wet spot in our room on the carpet but they offered to move us.
