Good

It was not the best visit this time. The hot tub wasn't very clean looking, the hand rail was rusted, it looked very unclean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The tub didn't drain well. And wasn't very clean. The room itself was clean. The staff was nice. Although we were told by three different staff associates different info about hot breakfast. Two of them told us we'll have hot breakfast from 6am-10am. We got up early to make it and it was one box of cereal, a few pieces of bread, and bagels, not many choices or quantity to have a cold breakfast. I then asked the staff at front desk and she said there's no hot breakfast at all only on weekdays. I was shocked because I was told from checkin to later that night it was going be hot breakfast. I wasn't very happy with my visit at all. My fiancee and I was celebrating our engagement for Sweetest Day.

Only down side was breakfast. Out of certain items Had to go to front desk more thsn than once.

The room was amazing aside from the slightly slow draining toilet.

Nice clean very relaxing

Was in town for a travel softball tournament. We reserved a room with 2 beds since there was 3 of us. Ended up with a room with only 1 bed and no pull out sofa. Requested a rollaway which we were able to get. However it was so uncomfortable you could feel the coils in the mattress. The room was very dusty, bathroom was clean. No housekeeping service.

This is an older hotel but was clean. We had a large king room with a very small bathroom. It appeared as half the room was empty, very odd set up. I have a medical condition whete my head needs to be elevated so I called the frobt desk for 2 more pillows (the 2 I had were awful to begin with) and the person at the front desk said she did not have access to bedding and housekeeping items so it wasn't possible to have 2 additional pillows. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. I have stayed at many hi express hotels am always very happy but was very disappointed at this one.

Clean Hotel. Employees wore masks as required. Breakfast limited currently. Pool and exercise room also closed. Great location. Good night stay.

We stayed for 3 days and had the most relaxing time. The beds are super comfortable and the front desk was always courteous and helpful when needed. Highly recommend!
