Comfort Suites

We stay here every year in November and it has definitely gone down hill since last year and the new ownership/management. The sink in our room was leaking onto the floor. They mopped the elevator floor but there were finger prints all over the stainless parts on the walls that were there for our entire 3 day stay- making me think that they were not wiping down these high touch surfaces during Covid - like the elevator buttons.

It was a nice hotel. Large room. Had restaurants within walking distance which was very nice.

It was terrible. First room dirty so had to be moved to second room. Smelled like smoke and air conditioner cover fell off. Shower was dingy and plaster was falling off the ceiling. Manager/owner acted like we were a nuisance instead of apologizing for their mess. Do not recommend.

Good size room and a great value at the price. Business is slow right now so things were quiet.

Nothing. it was convenient to I-70.

My jacuzzi tub had a giant crack in the bottom, and it had a very soggy bottom when full. I felt like i was going to go through it so i didnt even get to enjoy what i paid for.

The desk manager was an extremely nice person who in spite of the pressure of a lobby full of patrons, still had a sense of humor when I asked him if he could clear the lobby cause I was bringing a horse up to my room!
