Great room. Great location.

The room was okay but needed a few updates. Didn't have any USB ports to for my cell phones and computers. The wall sockets were worn out would not keep the iron plug securely in place, it kept falling out. Had a plastic toilet seat that would not stay up. And parking? Forget about it! However, the hotel was very convenient to everything and the staff was amazing.

For starters, Parking is horrendous. You know when people stop buy a hotel loop to drop off their bags and leave? Well imagine that loop being filled with cars, parking beside each other, one in front and one in back. so basically like 9 cars in the main entrance loop so you have just enough space to drive through the loop. Even then so, good luck finding a spot, we saw cars parking in a "no parking" zone so we had no choice but to park there as well. Front lobby looked nice and clean. After check in, we went straight to the room where one you open the door, you get greeted with mold mildew smell. The room itself felt dirty. When you walk around without socks, you could feel the carpets were dirty. The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. Killed a moth the first night. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Location was good. close to shopping centers/restaurants packed with tons of people. but what do you expect as it is Orlando? 9-10 minute drive to Universal. Food was subpar. It was only 2 nights so we stuck it out. I just ate a bagel with cream cheese to hold me over until lunch at Universal. They had powdered eggs, dry Canadian bacon, turkey sausage links. I really wish I took photos of the food. They had bagels, toast, and waffle maker to make mini waffles. I would definitely not stay here again. Also, Paint chips everywhere. Worst experience yet. Last time I stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, had a much better experience just thin walls. I would stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had different hot and cold options. Small parking lot. Hotel centrally located to shops and restaurants. Minutes away from attraction parks. Will definitely stay again.
