OYO Townhouse Houston Brookhollow

They have roaches! All over the rooms! We reserved 3 different rooms on the 3rd floor, all 3 were infested! The hall smells like feet. The elevator looked to be on its last leg a d could possibly give out at any moment. I wont stay there ever again, not even for free!

It was my first time to stay here and it was excellent service even with the pandemic going on. Clean room spacious room comfortable bed and and quiet night for the rest I needed for my day of business meetings.

Mold in the bath room & still had the. Audacity to ask for $100 deposit & I wanted to check in before check-in time and the woman charged $35 for early check in fee and was so very rude , seem like she hated her job

Staff was very rude and non professional. Was made to move rooms and the second room was dirtiest than the first. The room had a terrible smell and was very unclean. Staff refused to refund money for room. She didn’t like the fact we Are gay

It was clean,staff was helpful& courteous, convient. It would be nice it had breakfast, game room or activities

Stayed 3 nights with a friend. Property was clean for the most part. Housekeeping came everyday to change tiles. Beds were clean. Easy check-in and check out.

Hotel has been renovated and my room was big. The bathroom is nothing fancy, but was plain and clean and not tiny! I would certainly stay here again.With tax, it was less than $60!

The hotel in itself was not bad. There didn’t seem to be airflow in hallways so it was muggy but once in room they had it air conditioned was nice. Annoying though was a business alarm going off the entire time we were there....saw a review in January of same. Seems someone would complain to get it to stop. That alarm would be reason I didn’t come back. It’s close to a freeway so of course you hear the freeway noise. Some people give reviews as if they are staying in a 5star hotel. My review is based on price and expectations. People complain about the $100 cash deposit because it’s not typical they should sell it as a positive. You won’t have hold on credit card and upon checkout you get it back. Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly at all and made me feel stupid for asking how checkout works to get cash back....I left at 515am so front clerk trusted I didn’t break anything and gave me all my money back. I guess if you check out later someone comes to your room to make sure they can release the deposit. I read reviews and knew I needed cash prior to arriving. I was anticipating worse so was surprised. Morning worker was much friendlier than evening worker.
