I used to stay at this location and it was fine but the condition of the facilities has deteriorated and is run down

Although there's a lot going on here, the service was outstanding. From the moment we checked in, Enrique was so pleasant and very helpful. There was a few complaints and he fixed whatbhe could. Everything he could not fix, Eric(GM) fixed the next morning. Even the housekeeper was nice and attentive. On a scale 1-10, I would say about a 6.5 for the atmosphere and definitly a 10 for customer service.

We traveled six hours from Oklahoma to Austin & this is what we got. When we arrived it was nice on the outside decent on this inside, instead of a sign put up in the lobby that it was closed there was "Caution" tape streamed along it all. After seeing the eyesore in the lobby, we got our room key & traveled upstairs to our first issued room. Right when the elevator door opened we got a strong smell of weed smoke & loud rap music. My girlfriend & I agreed we would get into the room them call the front desk with the issue but then we found the room key did not work. We went back to the front desk & explained all three issues, the employee was understanding & issued us a new room on another floor. When we arrived off of the elevator to this floor it looked & smelled like it had been condemned for a bit. We opened our room to unload our luggage & get ready to head out for the evening when my girlfriend pulled back the shower curtain to find hair strands on the shower wall, a used bar of soap in the corner of the shower, and what looked like sticky soda drippings on the floor leading to the mirror outside of the bathroom. We tried to clean it up buttttt, there was no water. This was a high concern to us now as we bypassed all the other red flags. We booked this room two weeks in advance & the hotel never called to confirm our booking or let us know there will be renovation that causes the water to be shut off daily during our stay.

Everything was nice and clean. I really enjoyed it with my family. Honestly, if I had to stay again I lost certainly would. I would honestly definitely recommend anyone to this hotel.

Could not stay at the hotel because it smells gross, dirty and unkempt. The carpets smells dusty. Could not sleep there because we traveled with a toddler and infant. The location was really close to airport

Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good restaurant was within walking distance of hotel. I didn't like that their airport shuttle service didn't start till 5;00am and I had to use Lyft to get to airport for 5:30 a flight.

The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is at most sufficient for the location and a one night. It is slightly shabby. And definitely not worth $120 a night. I feel robbed for that price. I will remember not to stay here again as long as it’s this expensive. This place is worth $60-$70 a night at lot. The towels and sheets were questionable. I’m glad we brought our own towels. This is unacceptable when our country is on high alert about the spread of the corona virus.
