Clean rooms not bad for the price.

Got there late but was checked in quickly. Room was nice and clean - very comfortable bed. Needs better pillows, though. Staff was very helpful.

We arrived after midnight and were welcomed by a very pleasant front desk clerk. Property is just off the highway. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our shower was not draining properly but other than that we had no complaints.

Overall its a nice place but if you are staying more than 1 night there is no housekeeping done in your room. I was there 7 nights. They wouldnt come into room even when i wasn't in it,so i had the same sheets,etc all that time. Nothing was cleaned,floor not vacuumed,etc. I did get a fresh towel after i asked but had to pick it up at front desk. Pool and fitness room closed. I put my garbage outside my door every morning.

Upon check in - pool was closed due to Covid . This is the only reason we booked a hotel so our family could swim . Not happy at all . We were never told before hand and I spoke to the hotel the morning of our stay . Nothing was said . Called hotels.com to change room type which the hotel did not do . The front stated they were at full capacity ( during Covid not sure that’s legal). People above us had a child running o pop ast midnight and the room next to us had their TV loud until we called the front desk at 4AM . The front lady was great ( it was lit her fault ). Bed was very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay at all . We will not be back .

Was greeted by two men upon arriving at this location- one employee and the other man I have no idea who he was but signs are posted everywhere to wear a mask and neither one had one on. When asked wear their masks were he told me the pandemic is over and when I shared it wasn’t because I work in a hospital he said he would take that into consideration. My room was very clean but didn’t have many towels in room for showering. Vending machines didn’t work.
