Very quiet and clean We enjoyed our stay Simply Excellent Thank you

.The casino needs to updated to current moden standards.

Unfortunately our stay this time was very disappointing. Our room was not clean, there was garbage in one of the cabinets, the counters and bathroom appeared to have only been quickly wiped down. There was coffee or other unknown substances that were on the walls of the hallway. The very worst part that we found was there were no pillowcases on the pillows. We did not realize this until the next morning though after noticing that one of the pillows had lipstick on it, and then when looking closer we discovered that the pillow cases were absent. My Sister and Brother Inlaw were staying a few doors down from us and they too said that there room was very dirty, and discovered in the morning that they had no bath towels, only one hand towel and face clothes. When pointed out to the front desk at check out they just smiled and told us to have a nice day. It also appeared that the hotel may have had a flood or some other water issue as on the first floor there were blowers set up and the ceiling tiles on the way to Tower B were hanging down in a few places. We were quite disappointed as when we have stayed in the past it was a good place to stay.

The halls and our room had not been vacuumed. Our bathroom sink area was not clean

Property is filthy overall. Walking down the hall makes me want to burn my shoes when I get out of here. Same litter on the floor as when we arrived. Open the drapes in the room and looks like the floor hasn't been swept in days. Arrived early and was told we couldn't check in , even though the room was ready, unless I wanted to pay an $11 fee. Of course there is a half hour long line at check in time. Ceiling tiles falling down in the hallway and rain barrels inside the casino! Seriously! Machines covered in plastic and water on the floor at the bar. Can't find anyone to get you a drink. If there was any light at all in the casino and you could actually see the floor, you would probably run for the door. I could go on but you get the point. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I like that it is close to the Freeway . The Casio is improved. Staff was great.

My room was dirty. It appeard that the table tops were never wiped down. The floor was not swept or mopped over. The bed sheets were at least clean. This is not a $100 room. Wheres the coffee maker? So disappointing.

The rooms are clean great for mint 400 close to action.

Not great not bad just a pleasant stay.
