The room is clean and comfortable, and there is a pre-packaged breakfast sandwich and burrito selection available with fruit. It would be 5 star except for front desk staff. Problems are either met with no comment or indifference. We extended our stay by one night and the key wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to the front desk twice. Although it was eventually corrected, there was no apology - no comment whatever - just handed me the key. Room not cleaned or amenities re-stocked. That may be COVID related, but a “heads up” would have been helpful.

The lady in the front desk was very nice, our room was in good condition but there was a little of a smoke odor. The pool was very kid friendly and the breakfast bar was okay.

Little 24 hour vacation within walking distance to pub and pizza. Just trying to support locals and have a little fun with one night get always.

Technical issues had us waiting at front desk for about 30 minutes for check in. Room provided had less beds than we booked. Cleanliness was questionable with stains in toilet and bathtub. Parking lot is well lit and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Great customer service, very quiet and it was very clean. Very happy with our stay. We will be back.

Everything was good other than the Mildew smell in the bathroom.

On the night we made reservations they made it a point of telling us to the pool room and spa was available when we got there it was not available the next day when we checked out they were rude and short with us try to overcharge us and Before we left we requested a printout of all charges to.room in which they were very admitt about sending the print out via email. So after the head housekeeper said that there was a $31 charge for my friends dog mind you a service dog. Our friend After being embarrassed by her because she was yelling in the hallway saying that she’s going to charge us for the dog being there there’s no dogs allowed here she said until I said the this hotel said dog friendly she said well not this room regardless your going to be charged. The dog was not welcome, even though my friend and his service did have just arrived fifteen minutes prior to her coming into.our room announced and did.not knock on the door. I have never in my life been so humiliated let alone told what I was going to be charged regardless what I was told or read in the hotels.com app. Regardless a $100 pending charge has been charged to our account. I will never stay here again the housekeeping team was very rude and did not take into consideration the respect to the other guests who also would like a nice stay. Housekeeping I’m giving a minus 10. And front desk is a 10 they were sweet and very respectful. So they overcharged us and them humiliated us. The Nelsons

Deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Near lots of eatery. Can use a little updating(bathroom) but I would definitely stay here again.
